Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP. In custody of Federal Agency. On 3/28/25 was transferred to Polk County. Polk County
Murder trial was set to begin on 7/22/24 for jury selection & continued due to Federal trial starting first. Federal trial was set to begin on 7/1/24 continued on 1/8/25 & was cancelled. Will let murder charges proceed first.
Murder trial is set to begin with Jury Selection on 2/23/26.
