Murder trial was set to begin on 7/22/24 for jury selection & continued due to Federal trial starting first. Federal trial was set to begin on 7/1/24 continued on 1/8/25 & was cancelled. Will let murder charges proceed first.

*William Robert Wiggins (21/now 27) – Plead guilty to a plea deal. Will only serve 5 years in prison & 2 years probation. Will testify against TJ. Disposition adjudication withheld.

@PayrollNerd - when you get a chance - can you see if Wiggins has a hearing before jury selection on 2/23/26? Also on that one "separate" case - firearms. Any updates for that one? I have 3/24/26 as pretrial hearing next. TIA!
