Keven was a mechanic right? He likely had nothing to do with whatever TJ was going off about, maybe just an association with a shop.

Agreed. JT looked to me like he had a "should I kill him now? Or wait till later?" type of thought go thru his head. I wonder, if had have chosen to attack DT in some way right then and there, how differently things would have played out. I'd guess he might not have done more than punched him a few times with that being a public place & other people being around. And maybe he'd finally have been thrown in jail for a while after racking up another assault charge. I dont mean anything bad towards DT by this but, it's too bad he didnt say something that would have tripped JT's trigger just a bit more and set him off then & there. (If only ifs & buts were more than candy & nuts.)

I have never in my life seen a press conference like the one Sheriff Judd conducted in this case. I'm still a bit speechless, but wanted to say bravo!!!

If I were a criminal, I'd think twice about committing it in his jurisdiction!!

My friends and coworkers tease me for my “obsession” for Grady Judd. Each time they get to meet and take a picture with him they make sure to send it to me. He is so passionate and serious about getting criminals off the street. Unfortunately, the courts don’t seem to have that same passion. The news today has been so devastating to hear. The murders were senseless period, but hearing exactly why they died has been hard to hear. Absolutely, senseless and unexpected. Prayers to their families and loved ones, as well as the community, LE, and other first responders!

I’ve run a lot of background checks and the most arrests I’d ever seen was 70, and this fellow was well into his 60s.

Well, this is the Sunshine State so I would expect in the next day or two for all those felonies to be reported on by mainstream media it's too exactly what they were.

I do NOT agree with the above. Not saying that it was overly animated.

However, at 1:17 it appears like Damion is exasperated and shaking his head like, "nah"

That is when TJ started throwing up his arms, etc...and you can see it looks like that ended at 1:29

In my opinion, it got real at at 1:34. They're no longer talking and you can see the expression on the body of TJ change. The part that stands out the most is at 1:37 with TJ cracking his neck side to side basically telling himself, "alright, let's go"

Growing up in a rural town, this looked like the mannerisms I've seen when someone wants to keep something going. However, those turned into fights and not triple murder

This is just my opinion and quite frankly looked similar to situations I've seen countless times at gas stations, etc...

I think the brother will work with the police as he doesn't have many options.

I'd put money there was some comment from TJ in regards to Kevin being out there between 1:02-1:29 and I'll stick with my 1:37 number as the time I think TJ knew it wasn't over

I agree completely with your interpretation of the video at DG. I had the exact same thoughts. The way TJ threw his arms up also seemed like frustration or something. Or like “alright dude, whatever”. JMO

I think if they had a slither of proof that the younger brother knew his intentions as he drove him there, he would get a share in the murder charges.

Google the term Anti Social Personality Disorder if your not familiar with it. Psychopath is a term also commonly used for the disorder but ASPD has a couple of forms and can vary. A truly wicked ASPD type of person would fit the Hannibal Lector persona. People will often try to generalize the affliction with someone who just claims to be an "anti-social" type of person but that commonly used reference is a far cry from a bonified medically diagnosed person with a true type A ASP disorder. This behavior is something that no one can really begin to believe could even exist until they've really interacted with it.

Not referring to the brother, but rather to someone who was not at the murder scene, and possibly knew after the fact who the killers were.

I am not a lawyer nor do I work in the legal profession - but I strongly believe you are wrong on this point. As stated "Misprison of Felony" is seldom used, but it applies to those with knowledge of a crime who passively take no action.
