OMG

Karl Etters
@KarlEtters

Jury breakdown on mistrial for Katherine Magbanua on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation of murder was 11-1 to convict.
Wow! KM needs to try to plead out if she can... Maybe too late at this point.

This worked out pretty well for the state.

KM faces retrial knowing she was just one juror away from a conviction.

SG faces the possibility of the death penalty.

Trying to figure out what leverage CA has against KM and SG. Keep thinking her kids, but the State should be able to address that concern.

I guess I should not be pissed - or surprised. Like I said earlier —- this could be a gift for the prosecution!

Do KM's attorneys want to limit her from outside influences who may urge her to try to cut a deal with the State? Remember that this is the same "independent" legal team who advised that she decline complete immunity. Where are they getting their marching orders from? PH1?
I think her only outside influence would be CA. She may be doing backflips as SG is definitely out of the way of her one day joining CA in matrimony. (Even though that will never happen)

Why are they talking about whether Dan Markel was overbearing on Court TV??? What does that matter??? Poor taste. JMO.

I know it was the freaking woman who wanted to make a weekend out of it. :mad::mad::mad:

I bet you're right. At least her weekend was ruined but boy did she ruin this trial. What a dumb***

LOL, I really have no idea, but her question pissed me off.:D:D:D
Me too.

Would love someone to interview her. Of course - I’d probably want to punch my tv upon hearing it. The evidence was clear. Yet she wanted to hold out and had no interest in deliberating it further.

I would imagine her frustrated co-jurors will be more talkative/forthcoming.....
