From what I hear a lot of the child abuse and child sex laws in Australia are "grossly disproportionate" with most of the world. MOO

He is not guilty of these charges and we will be PROVING this!...He isnt into child pornography...no child porngraphy was found on his belongings...he was never charge with child pornography....

there is a time zone difference from the States to Australia...she abuse her kids on the 20th or around there and arrested on the 25th....Mr Lobban may not have even known what happened ....How can y'all be so judgemental when he hasnt even been really charged and not even is Florida?...Good chance he will never be there!

Please explain how you prove someone not guilty? Attorneys around the world would love to know. Viewing this type of activity is against the law pretty much world wide, AFAIK. If he was talking to her and telling her what to do or what to do next time, he is involved, no matter where he lives.

How would anyone know what he is doing 24/7 unless they spent every minute together, waking and sleeping at the same time, etc.? That seems impossible to me. Especially if she was the "submissive." I am sure he thought that the distance would protect him. Love is blind, eh?
