Someone in the office (probably a nurse) may have innocently gone to TS and said Hmm I notice an awful lot of bla bla drug missing. Have you been selling, giving it as samples?? This may have been going on awhile. BUT.. someone would have had to funnel that drug to CWW. How was he getting it? Even if there were phony prescriptions written on the computer.. they were written for Florida.. CWW would have had to appear for a few days every few weeks to run around like a nut filling prescriptions. That doesnt make sense to me. Something with drugs and money but that would involve someone ON THE SCENE who could fill these prescriptions or PROVIDE CWW with the material to sell or convert into some other illegal substance. People may have even been getting insurance statements ( medicare part D) for example.. saying the drugs they filled. Maybe one or more patients started saying.. hey i never had a script for that and brought it to MS's attention. All names were obtained from office records..let's say.. When the patient got no satisfaction from MS or after speaking with a nurse in the office.. they mentioned it to TS. Get a couple of people asking the same questions and TS got suspicious.. I also think there was a smart CPA who looked at their books( computer generated accts receivable and payable) at tax time and saw irregularities.. JMO Inside job all the way..MOO

CWW or MS could make a lot more money via health care fraud than a pill mill could. And fly lower under the radar.

I agree with you guys. Since the moment I saw the right after the murder, Ive suspected something was amiss. Also, I looked at a picture of some of the friends and colleagues of TS and this person just stood out to me as the one person that could possibly have a hand in it(no reason, just a hunch), then i linked them to ..

I never heard or read that LE said anything relating to burglary or no burglary..nada.
They never stated anything about whether or not there was a sexual assault or not. They have revealed nothing except they didn't feel it was random.

I believe you are correct that this was not released officially by LE but it was reported early on...similar to report of hammer which was reportedly told by unnamed investigator to neighbors.

Another strange thing. How did they know to get out before the physical fitness trainer was suppose to show up to work out with T.S that morning.

Yes I agree--A "real" hitman will not hit someone 27 times with the claw end of a hammer. A professional hitman will go in,do the job and get out. This was an "amateur hour" hit by a punk

Maybe the bludgeoning was to make it look like a personal murder by someone other than the hubby since the hubby was verifiably out of town.

This would make the police check for mad lovers or patients. But a quick shot to the head would have automatically looked like a hired hit.

Especially with nothing stolen. Nor sexual assault. So the bludgeoning could have been a calculated step by whomever.

I don't think you feel all 27 hits. I think after the first 1 or 2 strong blows; A person would be unconscious to the rest.

From the beginning, there was talk that it wouldn't be a hit-man because a hit-man would just shoot the victim and leave. "Shoot and leave" didn't make sense to me, because if it was a hit, they wouldn't want it to look like one, so it would at least need to look like a robbery, or in this case, a possible robbery gone bad, or a random lunatic.

However, if it was a hit, why wouldn't they do it somewhere else and make it look like a purse-snatching gone bad, for example? Seems like that could be staged a lot easier and would leave much less forensic evidence. If they knew her movements, they could have waited for her in any parking lot with a ski mask, grabbed her purse, and shot her whether or not she struggled.

Just odd to me that they potentially spent hours at the house, and took the chance of being seen by neighbors, etc. Which makes me wonder if there was something in the house they wanted.

The report of "no sexual assault and no robbery" was on the Nancy Grace show. It wasn't something that came from LE, so we have to take it for what it's worth. Several things have been either been said by neighbors or been reported on the NG show, that have not been confirmed by LE. Very little has actually been confirmed as they are remaining very tight lipped - I don't blame them, even though I am anxiously awaiting more news.

So MS's friend Skinner told us MS called a Dr. friend to check up on his wife Monday morning after MS was called by his wife's office staff that she had not shown up for work. The Dr. friend threw up after seeing Dr. Teresa's hammered body.

I wonder who this Dr. friend is that got the call to find the body?

Does anyone know the appointment time of Dr. Teresa's first patient?
