“I’m not sure how I feel about Tim sharing this news”…so you think it happened then? As he said it? Because it’s only news if it’s true right?
I just think now right before the trial theres a mad rush to get out as much content as possible so that when the trial starts-yours will be the channel everyone views the trial from. Theres a lot of competition, and there will be a lot of views. CC’s are depending on it to keep them afloat.

I'd be surprised if any of the co-conspirators weren't offered plea deals to be honest. Imagine the time and $$ saved if DA had accepted a 10 year plea deal.

Yeah it's a big call, publicly shaming someone for lying about their cancer, especially if they actually had it.
Listen to it. Its at around the 8 minute mark.
He said she lied for years about having terminal cancer.
Whether she had cancer at all-he doesn’t say.

I just watched it. He was clearly upset about Jackie and the defense team’s motion in limine trying to keep his testimony out. Which was the right call by Donna’s defense team – they don’t want his ‘opinion’ or any hearsay testimony brought into the trial. It seemed he viewed that motion as some form of retaliatory action directed at him from Jackie and he taking it personally? Odd, especially when technically it was the right call. I think Webster better be careful making public statements about her health condition and accusations about faking cancer – that could come back to bite him. It didn’t sound like he knew for certain what the specific details were of her issues when she was on the bench and I’m surprised he aired that out today. That’s all I’m going to say, but it was a bit shocking to me.

Yes, I think Donna’s team was told ‘something’ that suggested that she would be getting a ‘good’ deal if she was able to give them conclusive evidence that implicated Wendi AND Donna rejected it the second she heard it. Tim’s source likely had part of the story correct.

I think that's more to do with the fact she has no conclusive proof rather than her protective maternal instinctives finally kicking in.

Yes I have to say he has been heated another time he was on STS. I forget what about. He’s on vacay he should be chilled, right? Sporting a nice tan though. He is for sure an alpha male.

Oh yes, I rewatched and he did start out with his testimony issue— It was let into Charlies trial. I guess it proves SA’s attorneys are at least a bit better than Rashbaum…

STS a couple of hours ago.

OK just watched it. Pretty compelling from Webster. It's an easy way to get attention, gain support, friends, money, publicity etc , tell the world you have terminal cancer. I wouldn't be surprised it it was true, especially considering the emotion with which Webster spoke about it and Fulford's chequered (corrupt) past.

Do you think she ever had cancer? He clearly said at the start “She was faking cancer. She had me believing she had terminal cancer”.
I remember when she started on the case, it was mentioned she was ill. (Or something to that effect). So much drama…

Probably not. She maybe had a friend or colleague that had cancer and saw the love and attention they were getting.

Maybe that mutual friend he mentioned. Imagine a judge- an officer of the court-lying about that. Can this case get any crazier?

I know. Imagine if there was a Netflix movie made about it. Most would think it was fictional.

10 years ago, Florida Supreme Court declared to the effect of “[…] Fulford suffers from a disability that prevents her from performing her job duties, and that the disability is permanent.” (see 2 attachments)

How could Jackie Fulford be permanently disabled in 2015, and … work as criminal defense attorney in a complex case in 2025? Has the Florida Supreme Court made a mistake in 2015?

ZZ (and it was a zinger of a story. I replayed it 3 times ) Apparently, they actually had quite a work history. This is the link @ 7 minutes in, "And frankly I take umbrage. Jackie Fulford, she kind of took a shot at me, in my opinion."

Sounds like a grifter.

Sounds like a grifter.
She has a very checkered past. grifter sounds good among other things. how is she even still practicing law.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission is recommending an early retirement for Second Judicial Circuit Judge Jackie Fulford. She has been under investigation by the JQC for alleged improprieties in Wakulla County.

In its filing
, the JQC says Fulford suffers from a disability that prevents her from performing her job duties, and that the disability is permanent. It doesn’t say what that disability is, and other documents addressing the issue are redacted. Fulford has been on medical leave for nearly five months.

The Qualifications Commission charges she publicly supported a local sheriff candidate, and used her position to influence attorneys. The commission also says she used her position to help the son of her significant other who faced battery charges by contacting the prosecutor, frequently visiting him while he was in jail and attending a number of meetings relating to his case.
