The coverage and relatively new content creators seems to be on production steroids... and listened to several over the past week. TJ and TLYK was a good one today. And, the STS with
DM's attorney S. Webster was the most shocking, but not shocking, IMO. I figured someone would eventually spill the beans as the pressure mounts on the individuals involved in high profile cases.
Oh well, we all have a past, huh? Gotta move past it and be professional in court, because every one will be watching then.
(Occasionally watching a character called Loophole Lawyer....funniest production lookalikes and character parodies I have ever seen!! Absolutely hilarious and combined with irreverent "in your face" but charming/alarming commentary. My husband, with a short attention span, actually learns a lot from watching him. I've got a crush on LL's creativity. Be forewarned his language can get "salty?"
But not anything we didn't hear in DA's emails.)

She has a very checkered past. grifter sounds good among other things. how is she even still practicing law.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission is recommending an early retirement for Second Judicial Circuit Judge Jackie Fulford. She has been under investigation by the JQC for alleged improprieties in Wakulla County.

In its filing, the JQC says Fulford suffers from a disability that prevents her from performing her job duties, and that the disability is permanent. It doesn’t say what that disability is, and other documents addressing the issue are redacted. Fulford has been on medical leave for nearly five months.

The Qualifications Commission charges she publicly supported a local sheriff candidate, and used her position to influence attorneys. The commission also says she used her position to help the son of her significant other who faced battery charges by contacting the prosecutor, frequently visiting him while he was in jail and attending a number of meetings relating to his case.

Amazon web services under “Charlie Adelson”. Maybe anyone interested can read through it. Theres a lot there. When I try and post the link it seems it just brings you to Amazon Web services and not specifically to this documentation. I can’t find it anywhere else.

Ex: theres documentation that on 5/5/2016 CA calls DA to discuss paying the 5K. And says the sooner they pay the better. That is the day before DA calls the agent. (5PM)

That same night CA calls DA (11:17 PM DA calls him “a patient” (code), and says she recorded the conversation for CA to hear.
Next day 5/7 (5:07 PM) CA calls KM about the recording

If hes the guy with the baseball cap, then I watched him once or twice and it was unrelated to the KR trial and at the end he posts a still of Higgins and made some comment that he knew he murdered JOK. So lately people are commenting about him bc he was on Judys channel and he turned me off a bit with that comment (I’m not up to looking to find the video I’m talking about PS if you can find the CA document and post it here- we can all discuss it. I watched Tragos and Jansen too. Was a bit bothered that TJ said the plea deal bombshell info was not new, he had heard it some time ago. That is NOT AT ALL the way I heard him explain it earlier. I do not believe he made it up, either. There is a kernel of truth in there somewhere, I am sure.

I also watched STS and was floored with the Jackie Fulford allegations by Webster. That she and DA are now besties just fits, doesn't it???

Yes Loophole Lawyer is the guy that’s been blasting Higgins and all the other people that he (and many) believe are part of the JOK murder cover up. He is a little controversial, but very funny and so far, his coverage of the Markel case has been very objective – he is covering it with no biases and sit afraid to insult anyone. The first time he was on Judy’s channel he said he didn’t believe Wendi was involved – so beware he might also be on the Adelson payroll

In his latest video titled “Wendi Adelson Spotted with New Man; Drive by Analysis” he played a CourtTV clip where the CourtTV host said Officer Brennen said the roadblock (north side) was set up 3 to 6 houses from Dan’s house. I keep hearing distances further and further from Dan’s house. I had spent time in the past analyzing this detail in the past, and if you are beyond the 4th house from Dan’s (on the north side) you CAN NOT see the crime scene activity because of the curvature of the road. In my opinion the ambiguity of where the roadblock was set up is one of the most underrated OR dismissed detail in this case. Instead people focus on silly stuff. Just my opinion. In social media its a given that people believe she has a clear look at the crime scene activity when the data does not support this claim. Even Brennen’s statement when he was asked by Cappleman (and it in that video I mentioned) can see the crime scene from where the roadblock was set up is unconvincing – he said “it seems likely”.

I think that's more to do with the fact she has no conclusive proof rather than her protective maternal instinctives finally kicking in.

I believe you are correct because if Wendi was involved, she was smarter than the rest. However, even if Donna had conclusive proof that could bury Wendi, I still believe these is no way she would flip on her. She’d rather rot in jail.

Even if the distance hasn’t been determined, (hard to imagine- of course there are 2 directions they were set up),there is still an issue with the fact she said the roadblock was at the start of Trescott.

What I say is everything Wendi did was overanalyzed by Jeff because he believed she was involved. Just about everything that is cited as odd behavior by Wendi before the murder are explained through Jeff’s lens. To answer your question and to quote Wendi - are you asking me to speculate? Maybe she canceled the trip to visit Jeff parents because she felt the relationship was heading nowhere and she didn’t want buy the ticket – he didn’t offer to pay. Maybe she thought the stock the bar party (that Jeff didn’t know about) was more important than meeting Jeff parents. Maybe that is also why she told Jeff that she had to be back early Friday when the plans switched to a local vacation. Maybe that is also why she had an ‘interest’ in whether or not he was leaving for TN on Friday – perhaps she wanted him to babysit? One the problems with analyzing this case in social media, is if you (or anyone) is 100% convinced Wendi was directly involved, anything she said or did is looked at as suspicious OR related to the crime.

Yes, but it still a matter of one’s interpretation. Example, you, like many, seem convinced she canceled the trip because she had knowledge the murder was happening that week. The reality is that’s just speculation and you can speculate about many other things that occurred and say what everyone else says - “there are too many coincidences” and even use the cliche - ‘there are no coincidence in murder’, If we apply that cliche to my example about Jeff leaving early – he must have left early because he knew the murder was happening and knew he was going to be the fall guy.
