Yes, it's hard to believe that her family would have her ex husband executed without her blessing. I think she knew "something" was going to happen; she was just purposefully kept out of the loop regarding specific details. The drive by Trescott was a giveaway for me, and her explanations, I believe there were a few differing ones, for it never made sense.

As I recall, in his post-conviction jail call with DA, Charlie was infuriated by Wendi's drive by Trescott. JMO.

YES! And how she was able to distance herself from direct involvement, shows me she was being strategic. Seems this whole family was use to getting their way. WA did mess up a couple times. The drive-bye was a big one.

I agree that it's hard to imagine that Wendi had no knowledge of the murder plan before it was implemented. Whether she did or not is the million dollar question.

But there is an even larger question: Is there enough evidence that could be used to charge and convict Wendi of conspiring to have Danny murdered? So far I haven't see such evidence. When I think of it, it's amazing that Donna and Charlie could be the masterminds while managing to keep Wendi from ever being included in an incriminating email/conversation/phone call.

WA wrote a book on human trafficking...she knows full well how /why to stay away from "any" incriminating email/conversation/phone call." However, she possibly "slipped up" on the day of the murder and quickly deleted the text to CA before LE picked her up at the restaurant. Was that one of those, "She just couldn't help herself" moments?
Not related question: Can the defense attorneys have lunch delivered to the courthouse and share the meal with their clients during trial? Are they given a separate "conference room" to discuss ongoing strategies during the breaks? It just seems that (1hr 15 min) would be a good use of time and discuss client concerns. Is a spouse allowed access during updates/strategy planning?
Those engineers at Cellbrite are pretty incredible from what I have read. I think they can hack anything. It's expensive but used internationally.

It's ridiculous to expect anyone to believe that these conversations over a television were real. For a wealthy family, I don't understand the big deal over fixing a tv. I don't have the money they do, and I would just go and get another television. Crazy !! I cringe every time I hear this testimony.

YES! ... The whole idea of setting up an appointment to have a tv repaired is so patently b.s. ... And hearing Donna say on the "bump" recording "this TV will cost 5K" just emphasizes this.

I think that JF was trying to imply a nefarious meeting between Wendi and Katie when they were at the beach (without DA or CA) on Father's Day weekend before the murder. JMO.

The children are now teenagers and, with veery smart parents, are likely to be highly intelligent. They're old enough to find out what's going on - I wonder how they feel about the fact that their uncle was convicted, and their grandmother is standing trial, for the murder of their father?
