Quite frankly, truly insane people rarely end up on trial. When tested by both sides, there is usually agreement that the person is not sane in the legal sense. They usually go directly to the mental health facility.

I just started watching yesterday, but I did get a little bit of background through YouTube videos.

This was a better defense (that sharptooth is a voice in his ear) than saying he SAW sharptooth!
