The only think I can think of is that the seat was pushed back. They didn't say they believe someone taller than Jennifer moved her car. Maybe it was something else, like finger prints or the mirror was moved.

Wow, that is the first time I have come accross the news of a toll plaza sighting. My very good friends daughter in Florida, knows the family in this case.
This is giving my friend the jitters as she knows the story of Laura Mackenzie, my relative. It gets everyone wondering if the "missing" are more prevalent now in this time. Or, has this been going on without so much exposure as in the past. It is all too close to home for me.
Wondering if they got a toll plaza picture from one of their cameras?
America has to get a strong hold on new regulations. All predators should be tagged in someway. A permanent on/in the body tag. No second or third chances to get away with murder. Why don't we toughen up? Will the new Adam Walsh Bill help? I sure hope somewhat. Maybe just maybe, we have to go back to some earlier time methods.
Someone ....somewhere....must have seen something with Jennifer.

Since Fl_sun posted the original info on this TommyGuns post here on WS .. and many websleuthers here are unable to access it without going through the process of registering at the other forum - I thought it would be appropriate to bring the entire post here for your review & comments.


On July 25, 2006 - a registered user with the handle, "TommyGuns", posted the entry below - apparently it was written & posted by someone else named "Tony". The post appears to have been taken from some other unsourced (unnamed) forum.

I copied the post exactly as it was written - without adding the appropriate punctuation or correcting the spelling. The portion that has been 'bolded' was done by me.

hi , i work on the toll roads where i work 40 hours a week there are some days i work on different location and lanes i mainly at the beeline west i usually see alot of weird things come threw the toll not just the vehicles the people as well on this day i was working lane three a vehicle resembling Jennifer's keese black chevy malibu went threw my lane
in the pooth you have a panoramic view i saw a white male with blond hair was driving the vehicle and a white blond female passenger that closely looked like jennifer this had to be the weirdest thing she was turned around facing the back of the car sitting underneath the glove compartment the driver had one hand beneath her she had a look on her face like she was in pain i wasn't sure on how to approach situation i collected the toll and they drove off i wrote the tag down just in case but i caught just the first three before another vehicle pulled up im really not sure if it was her but its been running threw my mind ever since they have cameras all over they had to have caught the car on tape

Wow. I hope that someone sent this on to LE. It would be interesting to know if the first 3 numbers of the license plate were right. I wonder if those toll booths or camera around there re-use their film or just use the same ones over and over. I don't remember if this Tony said what time that was.

LE could probably find out who Tony is who works the toll booths there. Maybe he could help them draw a picture of the man driving the vehicle.

This might be a stupid observation, but does someone who can't punctuate or use proper forms of words (threw for through) and basically sounds fairly..I don't know what word I want to use here. Uneducated isn't it exactly. It seems to me that his vocabulary and sentence structure are very basic yet he uses the word panoramic. That just hit me as odd. It doesn't seem to go with the rest of it. Just makes me think it's someone playing a game. Certainly worth being passed along and checked out, don't get me wrong, but to me it seems odd.

panoramic is probably a word used by the employees who work with him. not necessarily a word he used on his own.

I think it's a cruel hoax made up by the same person that started the rumor about Jenn in a car with two black men.

just wanted to let you all know that drew and joyce kesse are on the monsters of the morning radio show right now. i didnt know they would be on but i listen to this show every morning and they usually don't focus on this type of subject so it was a good surprise. i think you can listen on www.monsters.fm streaming!

they havent mentioned anything new yet just going over all the facts. they did say it is a fact that she was taken...and did not go on her own will. pretty much because her car is a crime scene...but they also said they keep hope alive because there is NOT one shred of evidence that she was harmed. her mom just said there is NO way jenn would go to deliver a package at night once she was already home.

if anything else comes up ill post it.

in the interview i got the sense that there is way more evidence that law enforcement has and is keeping private. her parents were telling everyone to please call in ANY tip because you have no idea how it will fit into the puzzle that law enforcement has been working on. so obviously they have this huge scenario or order of events mapped out and they are just waiting for the tiniest bits of information to steer it in the right direction. it sounded to me that there is a bunch of evidence that we dont know about.

I just know this case will be solved 6 years down the road (when they establish a cold case unit like Daytona Beach) because we don't have a special task force in Orlando for cold cases. Orlando hasn't even contemplated, let alone budgeted establishing a cold case unit. They have budgeted for 75 new patrol (that really isn't a lot) projected by 2009 (I think). I know it won't happen for years and that is a proposed budget (over budget). Buddy Dyer, Mayor of Orlando want's to raise taxes and put Orlando in the hold with commuter rail, performing arts center AND a stadium. This will allow our crime problem continue to be a crime problems for decades to come.

I hate to be negative, but I don't have much faith in the concept of OLE having a lot of evidence. sorreee Hope I am wrong.

I can see why the Kesses would want to think this way tho. God Bless them, they are keeping her disappearance in the public's view. I guess, one never knows when someone somewhere might come forward with some info.

I truly believe in this case that it was a maintenance type person who saw an opportunity,why? It just fits with a timeline and the choice where her car was discovered.I don't beleve they have to go much further than the property she lived on to get the answer.
