Cam 3 took the pictures of the POI so where are cams 1 & 2.

Are there cams 4, 5 etc?

Surely the police experimented with cam 3 by having people of different heights and wearing different colored clothing walk by. Then they could have compared those photos with the POI ones.

Is the other camera on the poolhouse camera 2, or 4, or what? Where is the other camera? Could it be in the rental office?

From what I have seen , I seriously doubt your last statement occurred.

I sure hope it did.

AS I mentioned far too many times, and for that I apologize (but, I am a passionate person), I have suggested this was a preferred way to double check the height est., as well as see which colors of clothing show up light, and which show up dark.

It would most likely also confirm our belief that the POI is a man, based on comparisons with the others. In other words, use both men and women as models to ascertain if the POI looks more like a woman's body or man's.

You could also experiment with different hats, helmets, etc, to see if the POI was in fact wearing a hat, or if that was in fact a "funky hairdo"

I would also do the experiment at the same time the POI is known to have walked past the camera, this way you would hopefully get the same sun's position. You will notice that there aren't any shadows in the POI picture. Maybe this confirms it was in fact noon, or it could simply have been an overcast day.

The only shadows I found were straight down. I have looked for them a very long time. There is the possibility of reflections on the car. To be certain at just what your looking at, it would be necessary to recreate the scene and see if similiar reflections appear.

One thing I did note is how perfectly the car was parked at HOTG. The car is parked straight, within the lines of the space, and not too far forward. Tells ya, the guy drives everyday. iMO

I just want to revisit the morning phone calls to her boyfriend as per what he stated below:

JENNIFER KESSE`S BOYFRIEND: Nothing out of the ordinary. I`ve known Jennifer for about the last 12 months, and we talked periodically throughout the day every day, every night before she goes to bed, every morning before, when she wakes up.

I have been trying to vizualise a scenario for that Tuesday morning. So, they talked every night before she went to bed, they talked when the opportunity arose through the day and also when she woke in the morning. That means a call from the condo and phone records should confirm if this was a regular occurence.

Why didn't she call him from the condo that morning?
Was it because she slept in that morning? We know she was very tired the previous night and her parents description of the interior of the condo when they got there around 3pm Tuesday suggests she was in a hurry and perhaps decided to make the call when she was on the road.
If there was something wrong with her cell phone like a flat battery she could have used her land line.

Of course she wouldn't call if she was already incapacitated.

Did her boyfriend have a landline was well as a cell phone? The way I see it you can be just about anywhere when you answer a cell phone.
He thought it was odd when hadn't called that morning but he was running late for work and he had a meeting at 9am. He called her on his way to that meeting but got her voice-mail.
He called again after the meeting but again he went to her voice-mail.
It was then the Kesses called him and he was told Jennifer hadn't made it to work.
The Kesses knew by 11am their daughter hadn't made it to work so I assume her boyfriend also knew by 11:15am. It seems his work meeting lasted about two hours.

This investigation should have started with the last person to talk to Jennifer and we all know that person was her boyfriend. At least he is the last one we know about.
We also know he was cleared as a possible suspect early in the investigation.

I get the impression that 8:15am was the usual time that Jennifer left for work although there is the possibility she could leave as early as 7:30am.
If she did call every morning when she woke wouldn't the boyfriend think it a little more than 'odd' that she never called that morning.
Is it possible they had one of those lovers 'spats' the previous night and that is the real reason the usual call wasn't made.
Or was it because she had already been abducted and she never got near her car.

I believe the investigation into this case has to start over and the first person who has to be cleared is her boyfriend.

When I read the transcript Enrique posted and read the part about Jennifer always phoning or texting Rob before she went to work it did strike me that that points to her being abducted from her apartment. I live in the UK and over here it is illegal to talk on your phone or text when driving unless you have a hands free kit - is it the same over there? If it is then it lends more credence to her doing that before she got in her car especially as she was safety concious.

With regards to her clothes being strewn about, I have to admit I do that too! I know it causes wrinkles but I always just think I will worry about that later and put it out of my mind. My boyfriend on the other hand always hangs his suits up so maybe it's girl thing?

We know her shower had been used - but we don't know for sure it was Jennifer who used it. Was her apartment gone over thoroughly?

What about checking the CCTV footage along the route her car was driven or any cameras that were near her apartment?

It seems like these are basic things LE would check.

I am sure Rob has nothing to do with Jennifer's abduction but it is the first place you look isn't it - have LE spoken to her best friends, were they having any problems?

What clothes were missing from her wardrobe - was she definately dressed for work that day?

Could anyone definitively place Jennifers car in her park that morning? Is it possible she was taken during the night?

Why won't LE release more information about why they think the person of interest is a person of interest? Have they looked at CCTV footage along the route he was walking to see where he may have gone or if there was a clearer picture?

I could understand why LE kept things quiet after Laci went missing - they knew Scott was responsible and needed to gather evidence, but why do that in this case unless they know who took Jennifer?

Were Jennifer's brothers friends looked at closely?

More questions than answers...does anyone who posts here know Jennifer's family?

how did she charge her cell phone, was the charger left out in the apt?
where were the nylons she wore the previous?
wheres her umbrella?
does she use a dry cleaning service?
does she have newspaper delivery?
were any door to door sales, religious door knockers,etc. going on in that area?
whats the schedule for her pest, ac maintenance people? was it the day for the fire extinquisher people to make their rounds at the condo?
did the boyfriend ask her if the cell phone was charged? (my hubby asks me constantly?
what time do people in her condo with dogs make their morning walks?
do any morning joggers live in her condo?

Just to address a couple of those questions I don't believe anyone here knows the Kesse family.
Mr Kesse did post a couple of times at a now defunct message board. I thought some of her work friends might have posted at times but I am unaware if they have.

I believe the police took footage from any CCTV camears between Mosaic and Huntington. Whatever they found has not been made public.

Police have a timeframe for the abduction between 10pm Monday night until around noon on the Tuesday I think. They have added they believe she was abducted at or near her car.

Actually, you bring up a good point. I never thought of a valet.

Where I was going, is that a transient, or someone who doesn't drive often, usually doesn't do such a great job parking. It may be nothing, but, one has to think the POI has driven in the recent past. Dumping that car had to be stressful, and it is parked perfectly. Makes you wonder if the person had driven that car before, or is just a good driver.

The valet could explain the timing of dumping the car, on the way to work. Good idea.

I've never liked the idea that we are required to carry our registration, insurance, etc. in our cars. Most people keep this information in their glove compartments in their car. If somebody valet's your car, or breaks into your car, etc. now they have your address as well. Kind of a side note.

You have a good point about what exactly was JK's habit.

I've read that RA stated he awoke later than JK, and hence there would usually be a message or text from her when woke up in the am.

I don't know about you. But, if my girlfriend texted me everyday of the week for a year before work, and I didn't receive a text, I would be calling immediately to see if I was in the "doghouse" or what.

You are right, cellphone records will show exactly what the routine was.

As far as RA as a suspect. HE should and probably was the first one looked at. You don't have to be a math wiz to figure out that he had plenty of time to drive to ORlando and back. However, I'm sure LE looked into this and verified his cell calls, and which cell sites were used by him on the 24th.

I feel pretty confident that RA was not involved. But, he definitely should have been looked at, and I'm sure he was.

Wow Curves: you have a lot of questions. I like that.

In the US, it varies from state to state regarding cell phones. Some states make it illegal to use a cellphone while driving, unless it is hands free. the cell phone lobby is very strong here, so, there is quite a bit of resistance to such a law nationwide. But, IMO, in five years, I would think most states will have outlawed driving while talking, unless on a hands free.

Unfortunately, as far as we know, and to the dismay of many of us, it doesn't appear that JK's condo was ever tested for forensics. After arriving in Orlando, her parents immediately went to her condo, and inadvertently contaminated the scene. Regardless, the condo still could have been sealed after LE was notified, but, nobody really took this too serious (in LE) until JK's car was found two days later. So, her shower, her sheets, etc. were not forensically checked.

LE actually did a good job looking at CCTV. but, it appear they came up empty. CCTV is not used as much in US, as UK.

It doesn't appear RA and JK had any problems, from what I have gleaned.

Nobody can place JK in the condo, parking lot, etc. THe last known person to talk to JK is RA at 10Pm on the 23rd. After that, it is a mystery. We do know for a fact that she was at home on the 23rd at night, because her clothes from work were found in her condo. So, yes, it is possible that JK was taken on Monday night or early tuesday am.

There is a person on this board that I believe has met the Kesse's. I'm not 100% certain, but, I do have reason to believe this. Always assume that either the Kesse's, LE, or the POI is reading this forum. I know I would if I was the Kesse's.

JK's brother's friends, to my knowledge, were looked at extensively. Especially the guy who left his cellphone on her nightstand. I think LE has ruled them out, but, I'm not certain. From what I understand, not that it matters, these guys were all long time family friends. .

Supposedly, JK had a friend, don't know her name, but she was the woman that JK shared an apartment with just before moving into MOsaic.

talk about somebody who would know JK's habits, any problems, potential stalkers, ex's, etc.

I would also love to hear what she thinks about this case, and if she has any ideas.

Sometimes, LE, and ourselves, don't ask the right people, the right questions.

Nobody knows someone better than a long time apartment mate/ flat mate.

given this, I would take Rob's statement a little more serious. Why? Because he is the one making and receiving the text messages and phone calls.

It is one of those things, that unless you can interview RA, or see the phone records, one can't really make a conclusion. Only make educated guesses.

Another thing that nobody has discussed. If jk was punctional to work, which it appears she was, then wouldn't one expect her to have left her home earlier on the 24th, in order to mail that package. Or was she going to mail the cellphone from work? Sounds like she was calling around, so one could conclude it was going to be on the way to work.

From all that I have heard, I still think there is a better chance that JK was nabbed in her condo, than on the way to her car. but, it is just my opinion. I wouldn't rule either in or out, and I'm certain LE is keeping an open mind given the timeline of 10pm-8am. Just a thought, 8am must have been the time that RA first tried to call JK on the 24th and the call went to voice mail. Otherwise, where did the 8am part of the timeline come from?

Thanks everyone for your replies. I'm glad to see the police did check the CCTV cameras. I tell you I never realised how grateful I am that we have them everywhere until now!

It would indeed be very interesting to have Jennifer's old room-mates opinion and information. Or anyone connected to this cases opinion!

Not having ever been to Florida I can only picture it from programmes I have seen on TV - CSI Miami anyone?! I imagine it as somewhere with lots of alligators - is this correct? Would it be easy to dispose of a body in that way? How often does that actually happen?

I still think whoever took Jennifer, took her because he wanted her, was in love with her and perhaps had convinced himself she was also in love with him. There is a connection between the 2 of them, it just has to be uncovered.

Left, thanks for your comments about the sailors. I am actually from New Zealand but with British heritage - although it doesn't matter where anyone is from, it was an awful situation and thank god for their families they were returned safely. I hope it all went well for you today?

I think it is either someone who did some work in her condo or someone that was working around there and saw her leave for work and come home. He probably watched her a lot and had her pattern down pat. He could have even made sure he was around her part of the parking lot so he could speak to her a few times. It makes sense that it was someone who had an eye on her and had contact with her visually if not verbally. She was gone for a week or two and the first morning she left for work after her vacation she disappeared. I wish she had said more to her parents about those workers at the condo giving her the creeps. Did someone say something to her? Flirt with her? Say inappropriate things to her? Look at her in a way that made her skin crawl? Something made her feel uncomfortable around them or one of them.

I think it would be easier to abduct someone by their car then in their condo.
If the guy just came walking up to her as she was putting her key in the lock he could have held a knife to her and told her to get in the car and drive. She probably would have done what he told her to do. From the condo to the car would have given her more of a chance to fight him and also to be seen walking with her. I don't know. There is just nothing to go on in this case.
If it was a worker he would have to live close by because he would have to have gone right back to work. The dog scenting him back to Jennifer's condo from her car also makes me believe that it was a worker or someone connected to those condo's. The guy was probably right there under LE noses getting a big kick out of seeing them run around talking to people and looking for Jennifer. I wonder if LE ever thought of giving the workers polygraphs? Someone has to have a list with names and addresses of every worker who has worked at the condos.

Faith, Hope and Love…the greatest of these is love, but do we?

Faith. 62 weeks have passed since my niece Jennifer Kesse was abducted in Orlando. Her family and friends continue to seek answers. With heavy hearts we pray for God's strength, courage and compassion everyday until Jennifer is brought home.

Hope. This week billions of people around the world celebrate the fulfillment of God's plan for our salvation. Planned perfectly, flawlessly implemented and accepted in obedience to our Creator. Understanding this gracious gift and by our faith we are able to patiently wait for the Person of Interest (POI) to be identified by "someone" - who knows this person - a friend, neighbor, relative or coworker.

We know that "someone" knows who this person is. If that person is you, Jennifer will not be brought home without your help….please reach deep inside yourself and make the call that will bring this 62 week ordeal to an end. Know you have our forgiveness.

Your silence, added to that of many others, contributes to the unprecedented rise in crime now experienced by the people of Orlando. Each and every instance of violence towards anyone impacts not only the victim, but countless others - in fact, the entire community. Why? Because of our general lack of concern, empathy and compassion toward one another.

We want "someone else" to do something, someone else to fix the problem. What about us? We look inward and say I'm not the problem it's "those" people. We point fingers, judge others, but rarely do we look at ourselves to see if we play any part in the overall decline of civility.

Love. I would like to challenge each of us to be part of the solution by improving the civility in our homes, schools and communities by changing how we act and speak to one another everyday. Start with baby steps -one conversation and one person at time. There must be photos of her car being parked but why are the pictures so secret?

Homicide detectives Emmett Browning and Glenn Gause returned to the complex late this afternoon to inspect a security camera system with a view of the spot where Kesse's car had been parked. They did not say if there is film of who abandoned the car

What made the police say this? Do they have evidence there is more than one POI?

Orlando police investigators also implied for the first time that more than one person may be involved in her disappearance, though they would not confirm or deny it.
