I am not sure who this witness is he knows who this Jesse Davis is and he knows Hector Rodriguez. Saw him at the Citgo Station said Hector seemed nervous. This is probably not making any sense, i am trying. Side bar.

Angelo Williams is next lives in Winter Park area. Familiar with Citgo, worked there 3 yrs.. Saw Hector 2 days after murder and he jokingly asked Hector if he knew anything about the murders and he just gave him a strange look. Assisted Jesse with purchasing Miller Highlife Beer.

He knew Jesse Davis, for 15 yrs bought drugs from him. Also knew Hector Rodriguez saw him 20-30 times. This witness says that Hector had 2 young boys (victims) with him on April 14, 2012 to still guns from them.

Yup a bit perterved this morning; the station did answer my email with a "we don't know if we will provide live coverage yet" so I missed opening statements and everything. FFS. If anyone has a video archive of Opening statements I'd love to catch up. Thanks. I added trial to the calendar.
This witness went to Jesse's house with intent to purchase marijuana. Hector and Jesse had the 2 young boy's (victims) there to steal guns there. Hector had the boys strip their cloths and preceded to steal their guns. Firing the guns and one of them cooperating the other not, Jesse smacked one in the face. This witness then left the house.
Later met Hector at an apartment to get his marijuana and Hector tells him they shot the victims dead and burned them. This all occurred on the Cady Way Trail.
Cross tried to discredit witness.

Ronald WeyLand Orange County Sheriffs Office, Check Video on Trial. Video was about 11 hrs 58 minutes ahead of time. Noticed a package on outside of a dumpster, turned over to PD. Video from Magic Suds and Citgo gave to PD from April 14-15. This witness has collected many video's from places so far.
Went to various places to video the victims car at night to compare at same places they collected videos from. Had to tow the victims car because it was not working and couldn't drive it.
The PT wants to present a video re-enactment and the defense objects at sidebar. Now PT is having witness identify many disk with videos to enter into evidence.

PT was showing comparison picture's to the jury. One from the supposed defendant and one's from the re-enactment of the defendants vehicle.
They were going to show a 90 minute video, Judge decided to take the lunch break before video shown.

If anyone has a link to video of opening statements I would love to hear them, thanks. I've looked all over, wesh, Orlando, etc. I can't find the full video of the openings. Checked youtube and am now caught up except for was there a 911 call played and the opening.
I also need to know about Angela Patterson who was in the apt/condo and witnessed the boys being given cocaine and other powdered substances "shoved up their noses" one tape on youtube claimed that Davis plied them with alcohol and Xanax. But if Angela Patterson saw them tied up and they were hurt already, she deny's this; is she already in jail awaiting trial or did she cop a plea does anyone know? I will be looking fwd to hearing HER testimony. For sure.
Cherry as far as I know this hasn't come up yet. I have tried to listen to everything. I didn't try to transcribe opening statement. I am not that good nor fast at typing, so I didn't even attempt it. Since I have been here by myself, it has been difficult to catch everything.

Cherry I will try to pick it up this afternoon. I just got here myself, and I don't know why they keep dropping the feed. They did the same yesterday afternoon.
I don't know where others are or if anyone else is following.
