Shannon Losie - Jermey Stewert is her son - Last saw son on April 14, 2014 around 9 or 10 pm. He had a phone a smart phone, never saw phone again, searched for firearm and didn't find one. Owned a pair of Van's shoes, there were possible Van's sole found at the crime scene. Found a gun clip a few days later at home.

Marco SP Orange county Sheiffs Office. Does finger print analysis and can give an opinion. Prints that were taken from the car (latent prints) matched the prints taken from Hector (known prints).
Cross - no time stamp on prints - no, out of 32 prints taken only 1 was from Mr Rodriguez.

Corey works for Fl force of law dept. - She test for DNA Another witness that doesn't talk into the microphone.
Tested the DNA for the victims, buccal swabs for Angela Patterson, buccal swabs from Jesse Davis, buccal swabs from Hector Rodriguez (the Defendant), Buccal swabs from several other people. 2 swabs from a Miller High Life beer bottle, which has been brought up several times so far. Item #214 had DNA from both Jesse and Hector.

Back from recess: Corey still on stand the DNA specialist - tested cigarette butts for DNA, blue cup no dna profiles found. Tested plastic gloves no known DNA was found. Cigarette butt from rear of car the DNA belonged to Nicolas (Victim) in this case. Many of the sample were negative for DNA or know DNA.

James Danforth living with girlfriend and her ex husband. Hung out on Cady Way Trail, was at girlfriends the night of April 14, 2012. James had a Heinken beer with Carl a few days before the 14th. Had seen Hector of the trail but had never seen Jesse on the trail.

Questions on a defense witness, she was seen listening to live feed of the court proceeding in the hall outside of the court room. This witness has a baby by the defendant whom was born while he has been in jail.
Rule of sequestration are being discussed and whether she the witness violated them. Court decided to proceed.
Defense is asking the Judge to acquit the defendant. Arguing which county the crimes occurred in Orange or Seminole.
Didn't hear a answer, they were still debating and the screen cut to the traffic.

I guess the state has not rested yet and has just now presented pictures. These pictures were taken within the last hr, they are pictures of a residence of where a conversation occurred.

Next witness Michael ? conducted an interview with Hector. Gave location of conversation Hector had with someone ?. Picture's are of apartments, defense objects, judge overrules. These were the same pictures discussed above.

Defense 1st witness is Hector's girlfriend. She worked at the Racetrack, he walked her to work on the 14th of April, 2012. He came in purchased beer from her between 10 - 12 pm the night of the 14th. She got off her shift at 7 am on the 15th. She had no Tag on her car so she had to walk everywhere. No working cell phones on the 14th or 15th because Hector and she were arguing and she threw both phones and they broke.
Knew Jesse Davis went with Hector to buy drugs. Jesse was a know drug dealer, state objects judge overrules. Defense was Jesse a violent person, state objects and wants to approach, judge says yes.
State cross - Hector would frequently walk her home from work. Hector hung out at the racetrack, change her story from 3 weeks ago. She paid all the bills Hector never paid any of the bills. She has changed her story from her deposition given just a couple of weeks ago.

Next is Jesse Davis - Jesse appears in his jail garb and handcuffs. Does not want to testify.
The Prosecution said they did not make a plea deal with Jesse.
The judge is looking for a remedy for this occurrence. The attorney's are at a sidebar.

Jesse says he hears voices in his head telling him not to testify. The judge says they have given him a competency test and there are no mental issues with Jesse. He is refusing to testify, the judge is talking about holding Jesse in contempt and what punishment he could charge him with.
Jesse already plead guilty to 2 charges of murder and is serving 2 life sentences. The lawyers and judge are at sidebar again.

The defense tried to question Jesse Davis and he refused to answer. The judge finds Jesse in contempt of the court and fine's him 179 days in jail plus losing some privileges ? ( not sure what those are).
