The jury has been deliberating approximately 2 hrs and 40 minutes. I am just marking this spot for reference.

I thought maybe that was the parents of one of the victims. Then the camera focused on someone on the back row not sure who that was.

I did not catch all the witness's I know I missed the ME, and I didn't catch all of the names.

It was interesting yesterday when the defense thought Jesse Davis was going to testify. Then he refused and said the voices in his head were telling him not to testify. The judge found him in contempt, I don't think Jesse cared. It was basically like it was for JA no one wanting to testify on his behalf.

That must have been pretty intense, him refusing to testify because of the voices. With 2 life sentences, what does he care about another 175 days?

Thanks for the link Jewel, WFTV hasn't tweeted since the jury began deliberating, I was starting to wonder if everyone went home without telling us. lol

I was wondering the same thing. I guess they go home at 10 pm eastern time if they haven't reached a verdict by then.

We'll be on watch then. I much prefer later jury hours than the 4:30 or 5:00 go home times we've seen recently.

Mr Rodriguez showed no emotion during the verdict. In fact he has been flat all day long.

The court room was packed all day and even tonight when the verdict was read. I hope tomorrow to post a clip of the verdict being read.

Stay tuned they may still show the sentencing.
