afternoon all, looking at the red car and seeing it in the parking slot next to the white truck for reference, when dunn shot at the red car dang! that was closer than i thought. how frighting that close maybe a couple feet away. jmo

It seems like the people who saw the SUV speeding away made the assumption that this was the car that fired the shots. That's not at all an unfair assumption, but the defense will call a man who in a 911 call says it looks like they were stashing something. I think he thought they were the ones that fired and thought they might be doing that when they got out of the car. What else would they be doing if they shot someone right? But he later said he didn't actually see them stash anything and thought that's what they might be doing. I assume he'll say this on the stand.
