Strolla asks jurors to find Davis not guilty. Said state hasn't proved its case. #DunnTrial

All things being equal then, wouldn't the same hold true for the kid who wrote down the license plate? Who happened to be correct? :seeya:

Idk. He was just a bystander, right? Did he have a weapon? And I thought he was homeless. I guess I'm not sure what you mean...

I wish the State had brought in a Dodge salesperson to explain about the auto locking device. The driver could get out and all the other doors would remain locked. You had to physically unlock from the front. It was a pain and I can't tell you how many times my kids would yell "Unlock please". JMO

Exactly right! So when the boys returned after the shooting and got out of the car, the driver must have unlocked their doors---thus the child locks ere disengaged!

.@strollalaw now using mannequin in front of jurors, saying how does this shot defy gravity, pointing at inner thigh of doll. #dunntrial

everyone said he was in Leland's lap! Does this guy even know ANY of the evidence? I don't think he would want to remind them of the garbage in, garbage out exchange, either. what a joke.

Very disappointed in this. I hope it makes no difference.

Davis could have been shot and still jumped into that truck, strolla said. #DunnTrial

Another one of @strollalaw's colloquialisms used in #dunntrial closing arguments" garbage in garbage out" #michaeldunn

IMO, the point being made is that the homeless guy, even though he is a felon, wrote down the correct license plate number. IOW, his accuracy as a witness has been established.

That was so over the line. I couldn't believe how rude Strolla was to the ME.

This I don't understand. How could there not have been video? Gas stations are pretty dangerous, common robbery and theft areas. Every gas station I go to has cameras all around the outside. How could this happen???

State can't change the laws of physics no matter how much they want too. Strolla said about gunshots, #DunnTrial

I wasn't talking about Stornes accuracy, though. I was responding to a question about why they would leave the scene if they had a gun they didn't shoot. A person on felony probation whose vehicle and passengers were involved in a shooting to which the police would undoubtedly respond, would be concerned about being found at the scene with a firearm in his vehicle. jmo
