He refers to the guy as a "good friend" and that person just testified that they weren't such good friends... more good acquaintances. I don't think he quite had that attitude the last time, but said mostly the same stuff. Here's MD's making a big deal of him as a good friend in LE who might know some local LE. Fact is, he only spent a couple of weeks a year there and resided in Maryland.

seems to me anyone shooting from a driver seat would have a had time shooting at a back seat passenger in another vehicle. Sitting here in my chair and trying to duplicate a two handed hold on a gun---too awkward to aim very well.

The reason he didn't get any sleep was because he was belting back those rum and cokes, dreaming up his scenario.

This trial went a lot more smoothly. It's obvious that the prosecution really put their noggins to work and have managed to pull out even more inconsistencies and outright lies this time.

I keep hearing he got out of the car, yet earlier today testified that when he shot at the door, Jordan wasn't there.

I don't see a murder 1 conviction. But I do see some guilty verdict due to the improved prosecution and not so good a defense.

I also noticed that his son didn't testify this time. Perhaps they didn't want to know that he rarely saw the son and was just resuming the relationship.

And if he had, those 3 shots would have had him falling against the door, not back into the car with his head on his friend's lap.

Ooh... so much to say. He never, ever, mentions the hat. He never says that a guy in a stocking cap got out of the car...

You and me both know that speech is a HUGE giveaway. This dork would have been better off claiming diminished capacity due to intoxication than this self-defense bull.

As much as I find MD highly unlikable and hope he never gets out of jail via his own 2 feet, I see M2. M1 is too much of a stretch. Are lesser included offenses an option?
