VELEZ-MITCHELL: Where did they find this wallet, and does it make sense that the wallet was where it was, given the story that her male companion gave, that she left to find help after his truck got stuck?

FOX: Exactly. One of the members of our search party, the second weekend that we had gone out, one of the members of the search party had decided to go door to door in a community called Big Tree. It`s -- it`s called Big Tree community there in the Altoona area. I`m sorry, the Matilla (ph) area.

And she had knocked on the door, and a girl answered the door and said, when she was showing her a flyer of Lacey, she told her she had something for her. And she went and got Lacey`s wallet and handed it to her and told her it had Lacey`s Medicaid card in it.

Well, we were searching down at what they call Big Bass Lake. And while we`re searching around, this lady is with us. I know she`s a searcher, but she wasn`t with our party. There was about 15 of us down there.

And she walked up to me, and she shook my hand and said, "Hi, I`m Nikki (ph)."

And I said, "Hi, I`m Cyndee Fox."

And she wouldn`t let go of my hand. And she said, "I have something for you." And she just kept staring in my eyes. And I kept staring back at hers. And she let go of my hand, and she rubbed her head and the back of her neck. She said, "I have Lacey`s Medicaid cards in a pouch."

And I said, "You have her Medicaid card -- how did you get her Medicaid cards?"

And she told me that this lady had given her a pouch. Well, once we got the pouch, it is not just a pouch; it`s Lacey`s wallet. It had her debit card in it, her Medicaid cards in it. It had pictures that her children had colored for her on Christmas day folded up and put in this wallet.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: But where was exactly the wallet? Does this make -- do you believe the story that they were doing drugs in the woods and that his truck got stuck and that she went for help? Does it make sense, given where the wallet was found?

FOX: No, no. What doesn`t make sense to me -- I don`t care if they`re stuck in the woods, I don`t care if they`re stuck in sand or they`re stuck in mud and muck. I know Lacey Marie would never, ever walk out of those woods by herself. And I have been told by many, many, many people that know this man that he would never let somebody walk out of those woods.

It sounds like a volunteer, Nikki, in a separate search party from Cyndee's was going door to door with a picture of Lacey. At one of those homes a girl gave Nikki Lacey's wallet. Nikki then found Cyndee and gave her the wallet.

To me it doesn't say precisely where Lacey's wallet was. Did the girl who gave it to Nikki the volunteer find it somewhere and hold on to it?

The criminal ones he was found guilty of are the two felonies which are drug related and one misdemeanor was driving with a suspended lisc. The two other misdemeanors he was acquitted

Nothing in the Fl Department of Corrections, and I have not checked others counties.

Hope this helps as a beginning of his rap sheet.

If he was on community supervision and it was revoked, does that mean that he is currently is custody?

The vine link info leads me to believe he is on probation currently. Not in custody. Apparently his probation may have been revoked in 2009 for some reason.

Herrell said contrary to some media reports, the sheriff's office has never given up searching for her. He added K-9s have been used on three occasions to search different areas of the forest; Marion County sheriff's divers were used to search a body of water in the area last week; and the sheriff's helicopter has searched during the day and night, using the infrared search equipment.

"We are actively gathering tips and following up on leads," said Herrell. "We are also continuing to interview people who we think may be able to provide helpful information in the case."

Fox admitted to pushing law enforcement officials to help find Buenfil.

"I've been stepping on toes to get what needs to be done," Fox said.

KOREY SINGLETARY, FATHER OF LACEY`S CHILDREN (via phone): Personally, I do not. A lot of these people we just came into contact with since she came up missing. We`ve talked to a lot of people that do know him personally. And you know, if he`s -- he`s not a good man.

A lot of things have gone down; a lot of stories have been told. He`s told three or four different stories up until this became a missing persons came. You know what I mean? And then he`s pretty well stuck to it since then.

I do not know him. I just -- I mean, this has just really turned into a bad situation here now. We`re going on 30 days now of her being gone. And the facts are, you know, this man admitted to going into the woods with her. He came out, and she never did. And that`s what the facts are.

They both seem to contradict the bloodhounds tracking Lacey to Rt 19, No?

Yes, I'm becoming quite confused as it seems LE has a TOTALLY DIFFERENT account of what seemed to have happened from her children's father and his mother(which by all accts seem like really good ppl that love Lacey)..

The ex and mother are saying no way, no how Lacey ever walked off from this guy all alone out of the Ocala National Forest.. They say they went in there supposedly to do drugs and that Terry came out but Lacey never came out.. They also say Terry has given numerous differing stories of "what happened" to Lacey..

Then you have LE saying there's absolutely nothing indicative that they were out there doing drugs.. They say Lacey walked away alone and supposedly got a ride from "someone", and they say that Terry is being absolutely CONSISTENT as well as cooperative...

So what the hells the real story of what happened and what's going on!?!? I usually always take LE at their word but in this case I can find zero reason or cause for these two family members that are in no way involved with her disappearance.. I can find nothing to make me believe that they are being the ones giving out inaccurate info!!! Especially given the fact its this mother who seems to be raising hell to get LE's butt in gear with investigating and locating Lacey!!

And on the tape at 26:50 they talk about a female witness that pulled the truck out of the sand when it was stuck on dec 27, that told CF, she saw a pink purse with its contents strewn about the floor of the truck. Among them, her phone and keys.

Some areas of the Ocala National Forest are open to off-road vehicles. This is one of the best motorcycle / ATV areas in Florida with many miles of trails within the areas designated for OHV use. The two most popular trailheads are located at Big Scrub (intersection of Forest Roads 588 & 573 in the Seminole Ranger District) and Lake Delancy (3 miles west of State Road 19 on Forest Road 75 in the Lake George Ranger District).

It is very confusing...her children's father said that Lacey HAD been doing drugs recently yet he is so positive she would not have walked out of the woods alone...and yet the dogs are tracking her to the road, which they should not have done if she was driven in and never came out...and LE says no sign of drug activities? Could the man she was with have cleaned out all signs of drugs? I feel like it is possible Lacey did head out on foot and then got into the wrong vehicle when seeking help.

Why would McDowell tell LE they went to The Scrubs to do drugs and they got stuck in the sand. Why not just say they were trail riding... strange, no?

in the video, at 1:20 a car is being towed off the sandy part of the trail...so, it happens.
