Child neglect for July 23 afternoon, Lonna was told about a bruise on Lonzie's head, Lonzie had fluid coming from ears, was lethargic........Lonna went to work and left him with ruben. Drugs kept in same room where children lived, Lonzie frequently taken with Ruben and Lonna during drug deals
