I think his parents might be threatening to toss her out to the street and stop supporting her and the children.

And possibly know things that could cause his ex to fear losing her children. I wish she would go for help, get out of that house, if she is not 'clean' then get into a program.

I haven't checked in here for awhile. I have been keeping up with the Facebook page a bit. Has it been established how far RE could have driven from their apartment and then gotten back in time to place the 911 call? I don't think any care whatsoever was taken with Lonzie's body. I think RE drove somewhere remote and threw Lonzie out like trash. There has been speculation that Lonna is pregnant with RE's baby. Maybe she is pregnant with CB's baby. That would make more sense. Or, at least CB could think it's his baby. Maybe that could explain his loyalty to her.

WHAT?!! Sorry I haven't been following too closely for the last while as the "players" in this case are trashy, pathetic, heartless and sickening IMHO. They can't write stories this twisted and bizarre. I don't believe for a second, Lonzie's death (yes I believe he is dead and in a better place) was an accident. One can and will try to explain away an accident, and typically when accidents happen, "normal" people call 911 or take the child to the hospital, not discard them like trash. Personally I think these thought hard about what they were going to do with this precious baby's body. And being as they, or at least one is/are familiar with another missing child case (H Cummings), they likely discussed it at some point and tried to figure out what might have happened to her. They likely agreed that if she was dumped into a body of water with gators, there would never been a body to recover and believe without a body, it would make it almost impossible to make arrest(s) in a case. Hate to be a downer but, I don't think Lonzie will ever be found. I sure hope LE have enough solid evidence against the "players" in this case to lay some serious charges, which will see a heartless mother and her cohorts behind bars for a long time. All JMHO.

Regarding Ebron's welding - I'll have to go back and search, but I thought one of the earliest threads actually mentioned the name of a former employer. I remembered he had lost his job in April (and confirmed that with MSM articles). I actually thought one of Skibaboo's first maps included his former employer's location, but I may be mistaken.

It's also classic abusive narcissist to keep abusing the primary victim even after he is starting to let his claim on his next prey. Only when the new one is in the "hook" pregnant, married or otherwise trapped will he start the cycle with them.
This is just my educated opinion.

The Baker County Sheriff’s Office is reviewing a death investigation the father of Lonzie Barton was a part of a few years ago.
Sheriff Joey Dobson said investigators are reviewing the case of Timothy Stewart because a Baker County man is spreading rumors that Stewart’s drowning was murder and Chris Barton was a suspect.

I was hoping we'd have some new information today or at least an update from Chief Hackney.

Unbelievable that there's no family members ranting and raving for justice for Lonzie. Wow.

The longer this goes on, the more I'm starting to realize that they obviously didn't want Lonzie anymore. Otherwise family members would be looking for him or trying to get as much information as they could. Maybe to them Lonzie was too much trouble and they just didn't want him around anymore and an "accident" occurred.

MOO. they should have just dropped Lonzie off at a hospital or something.. At least he'd be alive and someone could love him the way he deserved.

Sadly i think this is going to go the way of the Haleigh Cummings case with a few variations, that being that RE is in jail and LL still has to be sentenced for her charges yet, which i don't think will probably amount to much. She will probably get probation and maybe lose priveledges as far as her daughter goes. We still have to see if there will be other charges relating to Lonzie while JSO build their case.
