The Help Lonzie FB page is also talking about a current situation at avenues mall, can someone answer how far a distance this is to Lonna & RE's apartment?

Interesting they were talking about that over there also.

I'll give you a guest of how far it is. It is with in 10 miles.

If I had the address to the apt I could give you the exact.

The avenues mall area has been a point of interest for what ever reason to LE. Not sure if the cell phones were shut down in the area or if it was from pings in the area.

@jennaANjax: #findlonzie mom's attorney tells me she will pass today's drug test, but even if she doesn't, she could still get custody of her daughter

Now that is funny, first the attorney says she will pass the drug test and then in same sentence says " even if she don't "

I'm thinking attorney isn't sure if she will or not.

You know as well as i do, if they dont have a body, the likelihood of a conviction is substantially lower.

Of course, just not something I want to even consider tbh!

But look at the evidence.. They have both of them lying to the police. Ebron's car.. Ect ect. They could still have a pretty solid case. They're obviously sure that Lonzie is dead.

Judge orders Lonna and Chris Barton screened for alcohol, drugs, mental health
--snip--
Lonna Barton and Chris Barton, who lives in Baker County, were both at Wednesday's custody hearing. The couple, who had two children together, is separated, but still legally married.

--snip--
The Bartons' 5-year-old daughter is undergoing therapy and remains in custody of her grandmother while the judge determines where she will live.

Lonna Barton told the judge she wants sole custody of her daughter.

Chris Barton "just wants them to be a family again."

News4Jax is not naming the daughter. During Wednesday's hearing, the judge was told that the girl has been seeing a therapist to help with the trauma she has endured.

Gooding set another hearing for Oct. 28.

So this child can disappear without having to answer to him? Ugh!

Sure. But no one has even been charged with murder. WRE is looking at decades even without murder charges (of any degree). If Lonzie is never found, I'm fine with Rube being convicted on the other charges. That is, as long as he is behind bars for a very long time.

I'm not fine with it at all, especially after reading all his phone logs, not even a hint
of concern or thought of Lonzie. I would like him to face a jury for the justice of a 2
year old.

Has Lonna ever put out a public plea asking for the safe return of Lonzie? In the beginning, ever?

I agree with you about Ruben. All I am saying is that if Lonzie is never found, and WRE is incarcerated for many years for other things, then at least he is not a free man. KWIM? It might not be optimal, but it might be the only option, especially if he isn't found soon.

30 mins audio recording of a phone call between RE & his ex-gf he has the kids with!

Don't know what to make of it, sure as hell ain't the mad man he was on the voicemails, as if reality has well & truly kicked in either that he's playing up knowing this will eventually be in the media!

At the end he can be heard crying or sniffling (maybe crocodile tears) & begs her to go see him to explain '****'. They maybe should have allowed her to, his frame of mind seems shakey!

Basically the same outcome as Hayleigh Cummings....I can't & frankly will not believe that 2 distant relations, both missing kids will both get away with this! How good are the detectives in Florida? Because at this moment of time, quite frankly, I am baffled as this just seems like child's play detective work!

at around 2:50 mark in the recording linked above RE when told his kids are suffering over this situation (daddy in jail) he responds by telling his ex that he was thinking about asking her to come up to the jail and visit him so he can ask her to shut down his FB page and goes on to express concern over photos that are "out there"

at around 3:30 mark he refers to trying to get ahold of the ex and that even "she" had been trying to reach her (ex) and that "she" says you agreed to meet up with her and then didn't.

Conversation eventually confirms that the "she" being referred to is LL

arguing about LL and whether RE would be in this situation if it wren't for LL.

RE gets irritated at 6:30 about ex "talking bad" about him and she responds by telling him the kids are not present to hear her have this conversation. He state "I ain't worried about the Fing kids." he was referring to the cops listening to the calls and every word during visits.

I can't handle hearing any more of this - maybe later I can finish.

I wonder if LB trying for custody will rile up RE? If she's involved and is walkin Scott
free...

Yup I admit it was hard going listening to it all! I do wonder why he never gave LL the password for his FB account or his parents since they have been up to see him! As if he only trusts his ex-gf to do this! I also never realised until listening to the recording that he ex-gf (really need her initials) was also in jail for a year at one point, I do wonder what that was for! Although I know the rules, and sleuthing of her is off limits, unfortunately! They all seem warped IMO

Just watching interviews of WRE's father talking, law abiding citizen, married 34 years to his wife! They seem a little bit deluded IMO

Yeah, and the fact CB didn't only get her out jail but he also went to court with her today for the hearing and was reported as saying 'all they want is their family unit back' oh, that will surely strike a cord in WRE's small pea sized brain, I sincerely hope so anyway!

Part of me thinks CB & LL were involved in this more than is known and WRE was an accessory! They are definitely acting as if Lonzie is no longer here that is for sure, I don't remember a case quite like it when it comes to trying to find their missing child, even when the parents are guilty of the crime they still shout to whoever will listen for their safe return! This case bothers me no end...
