It breaks my heart to think of what Maddie went through for years because of this sicko SS. He robbed her of her childhood innocence and then robbed her of her very life.

I want the maximum punishment for this offender whose guilt is not in question in my mind, thanks to all the CSAM he left on his phone.

Yeah, JS was so deeply in denial following his arrest but surely (hopefully) she has had a lot of therapy and isn't anymore.

Jennifer Soto was not specifically given a "deal" (like a plea deal). Instead, she was granted Derivative Use Immunity during one interview with the state attorney's office.



Under such immunity, anything Soto said during that interview --and anything investigators learned from her statements -- could not be used against her.



Unlike "blanket" immunity, the state attorney would still be allowed to use evidence and information provided by other sources to file criminal charges. Jennifer Soto has not been charged with any crimes.
