Guess what woke me up this morning? Lunesta, of all the ironies. Stick with me on this, maybe a bit out there, but I'd certainly be interested in peoples' thoughts: as I was viewing all these recent JS complicity indicators which I hadn't picked up on (but firmly believe are accurate), I also re-watched the video ttjo linked recently where JS is interviewed. She specifically points out that Stephan had access to 1) some anti-anxiety med, and 2) Lunesta. By name. And indicates maybe he was giving them to MS, if I recall correctly (she's spitballing at the investigator's request).
Have you ever been around drug user? I had one acquaintance who'd talk about "visiting Aunt Crystal" when she was going to make her (crystal meth) buy. They make cutesy with it quite often; my guess is that it's either to help normalize it, or to better cover up the activity. I think we have some drug counselors who are posters (edit: NOT "users," sorry!) here, so I don't want to get in someone elses' lanes, but I think it's a common behavior. Another which comes to mind and which was in the media was "Xanny the Nanny," and I think many people have pretty solid theories on what that was about, when Casey Anthony said it re: a nanny that didn't even actually exist. (Xanax)
In either a call or a text (one reference is one I found here, from this forum, (fixed) but I don't know where it is on the Web because I am supposed to be working right now
), SS tells JS that "MS has made her nest for the night."
What sticks out to me about that vs. alllll his other comments re: MS is that it's pretty neutral, almost kind. She's not "shuffling" down the street, she's not "forgetting her head if it wasn't screwed on" (paraphrased). Why would he put it like that? Could that have been code between them for "I've drugged her for the night"? (Nest/Lunesta) Hmmm I wonder. Why would he need to say it? Why not just "She's laid down" or whatever?
Edit to add: It also stuck out to me because JS comes across as a huge flake, doesn't know much about anything for sure. But she knew about the Lunesta by name, and that he had it.
