Something I found really interesting in the interviews with the parents was that they were saying that even though he wasn't working and was bumming money off them, he still kept ordering lots of expensive things and that packages were always arriving.
They had no idea where the money came from.

The sex crimes trial is a no brainer to me. There is a mountain of evidence for this crime. However, IMO, there isn' t any evidence on who actually killed MS. There is evidence on who disposed of her body, however.

Boy, I hope the audio is better during the trial. This recording was very frustrating — could only hear about 25 percent of what was said.

We would be in great shape if they set something up like they did in Hampton County for AM trial — didn’t they let Court TV do the AV and then share with others? Cameras in Murdaugh trial were well placed and audio was always clear. Hope this motions hearing isn’t the quality we will get for the trial next week. OMO.

That's strange. IMO he's not a "Taylor Schabusiness" (look her up if you're not familiar with her). Now SHE should have been restrained since she attacked multiple attorney's, multiple times. But SS? He's a *****.

I just pulled this idea out of thin air, but I think maybe there's some statute that would prevent him from viewing the images. Only the jury will be able to see them.

I have no link for this, just something my poor tired brain halfway remembered. So JMO.

I don't think evidence can be deprived from the defendant but also doubt SS will be allowed his own, private screening. I envision he will see whatever the defense team shares during trial. JMO
