FL - Madeline Soto, 13, Missing Child Alert, 13500 blk Town Loop Blvd, Orlando, 26 Feb 2024 *arrest* #15

Would that be the value of the car that he used to transport MS? It’s evidence and likely has zero value so someone is out a vehicle.
There are 2 judgements with 2 different values. One for $500.01 - $2500, the other for $2500.01 - $8000.

I think they might be court fees. On his CSAM case it says:

Total Outstanding:

$11,033.00

$50 is outstanding on 2024 CF 000643, and $666 is outstanding on the murder case. With that said... they don't add up. lol The total of those 3 cases is $11,749, yet the max for the judgements is $10,500 ($10K + $2500), so dunno. 🤷‍♀️

Copies of the 2 civil judgements was requested on 8/1, so hopefully we'll know more soon.

You might be right about court fees and difference could be that there are late penalties? IDK.

Think the transport car was his dad’s? Can’t remember, but would his dad be going after him for value of car? Seems surprising.

This is totally a guess! I have no idea!

He’ll be foregoing a lot of rootbeer barrels to save up for these fees 😂

Awww... too bad, so sad. Not.

They may be simply debts he owed prior to his arrest. As long as he's been in jail, you'd think any personal debts he owed would have been charged off and even taken to court for collection before now, but maybe the companies/people he owed were waiting to be sure he was convicted. This may be an effort to be on record just to attempt to collect something in case he has anything of value.

SS is currently incarcerated at the Apalachee East Unit located in Sneads.
I didn't post a screen shot due to not wanting his face on my device and don't want to scare anyone lol but the mugshot looks the same as when he entererd FL DOC.

I think he threw Maddie's school computer in the trash which could be one of the claims.

Trial expenses wouldn't likely go through small claims court.

Figured it out. He owes Civil judgements for the 2 cases against him (CSAM and murder). $666 on one, and $5793 on the other. The reason why they didn't add up before was because they ended up reducing the fines to the amounts above.

Lastly, All of his open cases are now closed as of 8/21.

Not sure I recall how many life sentences SS was given so thought I'd post this.

A Florida man was given 21 life sentences Monday after he pleaded no contest to murder and guilty to other counts in the sexual abuse and death of 13-year-old Madeline Soto.

It's hard to believe there still hasn't been a Jenn Soto sighting, after all this time.

I come and check maybe once or twice a week to see if there’s any Jenn related news. I do wonder where she’s hiding.

Or better yet... a warrant for her arrest. ;)

It’s absolutely wild and bewildering to me

I’m wondering if SS is clutching to hope JS might be charged in the future too. I don’t see his parents giving that up so easily. It’s not like SS wouldn’t be able to appeal the DP and drag things out. He’d be on death row for a while. I think he’d actually be safer too.

He’ll never get out, but avoiding the DP and civil liability as the main reasoning for “no contest”? Idk I’m not totally convinced. And he’s no less of a monster just because he didn’t plead NG. If he wanted to claim he absolutely did not kill MS the Alford plea would make more sense, but a No Go for the state. But pleading NC may mean he’s willing to cooperate in proceedings if JS were to be charged for a lesser crime, or for example, an accessory to a crime.

I guess I can’t comprehend that there’s 0 evidence that could be used against JS for negligence at a minimum for the SA & CSAM. They really had absolutely nothing to charge her with obstruction of justice in the murder investigation given all of the inconsistencies in her statements to LE?

How on earth did she manage to be so well insulated against any legal consequences whatsoever…or am I just refusing to accept that she had no idea Maddie was dead or where her body was? Ugh.
I don't accept that she had no idea Maddie was dead or that Maddie was being sexually abused. I hate that there is not a condition on pleading guilty or no contest. Condition should be that they have to make a confession in court for what happened and how Maddie died.

I also wonder what the purv-man-child-murderer is experiencing in prison. He seems like he would be raw meat for certain inmates, similar to #xxx214 in Idaho who is getting all kinds of harassment. This sicko got off so easy — no allocution, no scolding from judge, assume mom & dad still loading him with root beer barrels. I’d like to think there is no AC, he’s got weekly bathroom duty, and he’s getting teased every minute by pod mates.

I would sign every petition against Jenny. She has no right in my eyes to go unpunished, never ever! Mental issues? Free! She was the most responsible person at their home, and she had to have known of SS' to have been a predator. MOO

If there was ever a case that screamed for the DP, this was one. LE had irrefutable proof by video and pictures of the horrific acts of S A this coward perpetrated on Maddie from the young age of 8 years old which only ended with her murder by him on her 13th birthday.

SS does not have the right to live out his miserable life in prison. I wish they had fast tracked him straight to the front of the DP line and I don't say that lightly. I reserve the DP punishment for depraved child abusers and murderers with proof beyond a doubt.

As for the bio egg donor...I can't even because I will surely break ALL the TOS. 🤬

That would defeat the point of a no-contest plea though? The idea is that you don't admit guilt while acknowledging that there may be enough evidence to convict beyond reasonable doubt.

I feel the same. Meanwhile in two other unrelated cases they are seeking the DP against much- younger men alleged to have murdered some adult males.
