The girl said the relationship started about three years ago at a Mosque in Ft. Myers when she was 13 years old. When she was 14, and Patwary was 18, she said he forced her to have sexual intercourse with him March 12, 2009 in Patwary’s car at an unknown location in Port Charlotte. She said over the next two years he forced her to have sex with him several times; she broke off the relationship with Patwary in March of this year.

Relationship?? Hmmm she is 13 and he was 18? Sounds like rape to me!
