Communication. Your perception.

I dunno about your perception but I think we're all a little keyed up here today. The kid from Indiana is from the county I live in. I just saw a facebook post blaming our mayor. I've reached my limit.

In reference to "stop more from coming in," we absolutely should not be accepting people, regardless of religion, who hate our country. IIRC, the Orlando shooter denounced U.S. bombing of Afghanistan while he was killing people in the club. The same politicians who insisted we invade and destroy the Middle East now insist we open our borders to the pissed off people they created. Top Homeland Security and DOD officials have testified they have no way of knowing if Syrian "refugees" are refugees or even Syrian. Before immigration "reform," we only accepted people who would benefit the country, much as Switzerland and New Zealand do now. Even doctors had to pass rigorous medical exams in English where only the highest scorers were accepted.

With specific reference to Islam, should we have accepted all German immigrants during World War II? Not every German was a Nazi, after all.

Myself ,and many other Americans have denounced our wars. It only means we live in a place where we are allowed to express our views

What we call terrorism they call war
What we call war they call terrorism

There is no difference IMO. Think about it. We are all over the world killing peoples mothers sons fathers sisters etc etc.

I am fair and balanced (yuk), We all are wrong. But there is no difference IMO of us going into other peoples lands and murdering people.

I have never got the difference. We all are angry today are we not?

Why would we expect that the bomb we just dropped somewhere, that killed brothers , sisiters, moms dads , would not result in the same disdain we are feeling today

IMO there is no difference

What is the difference, I ask, in terms of reaction?

It is all pathetic IMO.....and will not end, how could it? In the time frame he killed and maimed 100, I am making the number up, we murdered 475,685 people across the world

As we all should become IMO, aware lately, the longer we are everywhere blowing humans up, the more they are blowing up (Paris etc). It will only get worse-

We are all wrong mooo

You focused on the children, but ignored sonjay's other examples. But even with the children, you said they'd have time to clear up their no-fly status. Fact is, though, that at least until recently, there was no way to know why you weren't allowed to fly (most often a name in common with or similar to someone else) or to appeal:

http://www.cnn.com/2015/04/15/travel/americans-no-fly-list-feat/index.html

So yes, even mainstream media admits the no-fly list was/is poorly managed, with innocent people banned for no reason and not allowed any appeal while terrorists, including one of the Boston bombers, flew unimpeded.

BBM As you say, there is a way to know now. I didn't give it much effort b/c neither did the op. As I told the op I don't put much stock in Wikepedia. It's just not used as a formal, recognized, research site and I have zero faith in it's stats. As far as the children, it was referring to buying a weapon, not flying on a plane.

Yes, you can.
http://immigration.findlaw.com/citizenship/can-your-u-s-citizenship-be-revoked-.html

Membership in Subversive Groups: Your citizenship may be revoked if the U.S. government can prove that you joined a subversive organization within five years of becoming a naturalized citizen. Membership in such organizations is considered a violation of the oath of U.S. allegiance. Examples include the Nazi Party and Al Qaeda.

BBM. This guy was not a naturalized citizen. There is nowhere to deport him to, he is a bona fide US citizen. (was)

In my opinion, that's the attitude that enables terror. There is a lot we can do. We need to be strong and do it. Starting with this...you do NOT get in this country unless we can vet you up one side and down the other. If you are admitted, and your social media becomes sharia based, off you go right then...to the Sharia ruled country of your choice,

Hate preachers at the mosque...that's not freedom of religion...that's incitement. Shut it down.

If public employees can loose their jobs for hate speech, you can lose your right to be here. And if you are born here, you can lose your "right" to all state and federal assistance...of any kind...be it housing, scholarshipsfor your kids...all of it. Taxpayers don't need to support those who despise their way of life and would kill them to promote a religion.

That's a start. You don't coddle those who promote murderous ideologies. Well we have...but we can put an end to it.

This^

And the first step is recognizing the threat. Which too many are simply refusing to do, even in the face of an Islamic terrorist attack that killed 49 innocent people!

I respectfully disagree, our military men are far from terrorist..

Yes, sending an email from the phone to yourself works quite well when you can't find the cord! I've done it many times. Just go into your address book on your phone and add yourself as a contact, using your email address. Then you can send yourself an email with a photo attached.

The only way I know to do it is , take the cord , plug it into the camera, and then back into PC. But I cant find the cord.

But I do promise , I will get another cord. I just dont know (there is no "attachment here) .

I am hoping I can copy paste, and then paste here,.

I would love to share it with you all, it was an experance.

I thank you for trying to help. I have no cell phone , nor want one , ever!

This is from a little digital camera, if it makes anything different in my want to share them with you guys??

I agree. I embrace and appreciate reading different views and observations. I just don't enjoy the posters that continuously try to ram their opinion down my throat and won't give up when someone disagrees.

The assertion was that a US citizen can't be deported. The assertion wasn't limited to naturally born citizens.

If we had deported his daddy, or refused to let daddy in, there might be 100 people today who weren't shot Saturday night.

I am going for a woman accomplice. The baby came from somewhere. He apparently saw the baby. So who is the woman?

So who determines "hate speech" b/c I have some friends who'd be in jail right now, if we had freedom of speech similar to Russia's, over some things they've said about our POTUS. What may be "hate" or "incitement" to you may not be "hate" or 'incitement" to them. To them, they may just be blunt and speaking their mind... Kind of like the Senator who prayed that the POTUS' days would be numbered, and then other Senator who put a rather vile response to Orlando on his FB. Should they fall in this category? I think what they both did were disgusting so do I get to decide if they go to jail? Who gets to determine what is incitement? Do we throw all of the KKK members in prison? Just b/c they speak their mind? I'm not fond of the KKK but they have the same Constitutional rights that I do. We are a large country w/many diverse populations and we all are not going to see eye to eye and sing Kumbaya at the end of the day.

Fox news just now said that the shooter didn't come thru hole in the wall and that LA drove thru wall in the armor truck and killed him inside...

Yes. It is hard to love someone who has killed your family. People in other nations love their children no less than we do. I like the song "The Eve of Destruction " by Barry McGuire from almsot 50 years ago. It could have been written today.
