The deformity of the ear and the eyebrows are very similar to Walter Charles Westbrook. Having said that he is thought to have had gangrene, which im sure the ME would have picked up.

I very rarely bump threads but this guy has randomly popped into my head twice in the last few days. He seems like he should be an easy solve and I hate that he isn't.
