This article mentions there may be a custody agreement today allowing Michelle's family to see the twins.

At this point I believe nothing until it is confirmed...by LE or the family. :banghead:

I was away most of the day yesterday but was under the impression that MP's mom was going to get custody of the twins in a couple of days? Can someone help on that?

OMG!! I thought for sure it was her. So the body found was from an old article? I agree the family may be called to indentify clothing and such if any is found. They must have pretty good leads for the areas they are searching right now. Perhaps the cell phone GPS pinpointed these areas? It's possible they disposed of the phone AFTER disposing of the body which would be best case scenario if the phone can show where it went...so to speak.

Dive Teams, Crews Converge On East Orange County Canal

Divers appear to be targeting a "very specific area" according to residents.

This dive team is the same one that found the phone.

Search effort along Econ is just as active. Live pics show command RV and lots of people. Dogs are going through the woods, Bob Kealing said that they are possibly HRD dogs. 50-100 people in area. No divers seen there yet. I see ATV's and tents set up in different areas.

There was a FOX article that was written about Dale losing custody and YS getting custody, however, FOX failed to correct the article because Dale lost custody on 11/29, then they all went to court on 11/30 and Dale received custody back.

The custody arrangement mentioned today has to do with "visitation", IF I am reading the article correctly.

Michelle Parker search team moves to East Orange County

Orlando police said they are searching retention ponds near Orange Blossom Trail and Jordan Avenue. The other location is Econlockhatchee Trail between Curry Ford Road and Lee Vista Boulevard.

There's that word again Ford... So there is a Curry Ford road and Water Ford Shopping center....

This area is quite a distance from where the car and phone was found....but if I needed to dispose of a body too....I'd do it as far away from other evidence as possible.

IMO: Custody of the twins would be my guess.

However, with DSJr's temper, I am not sure if perhaps he just "lost it" on her, resulting in her death...then no motive.

Unless there is a good legal reason Dale and Michelle's family should just get together in a neutral territory and visit the kids, but even if they did that can you imagine the reporters following them around like vulchers?
