The question that bothers me the most. Is how could her vehicle have been exiting the 408 onto Alafaya trail close to 4pm, if LE says her phone was never in the Waterford Lakes Area?

Maybe the phone and the vehicle were separated by then?

This notion depends on 2 people perpetrating this crime or it's coverup. One is driving/disposing of the car, the other is disposing of the victim and the phone. It'd be interesting to see where DS jr and srs' phones were pinging during this timeframe.

Even after 11/18 LE was still saying he wasn't even a person of interest so I'm really wondering why they went back on 11/18 (assuming they were there both times)

And something significant had to happen between then and the weekend they raided DSsr's house. Then, shortly after DSjr is named primary suspect.

I really am curious what they discovered in between those dates. Whatever it is, they sure have kept a tight lid on it.

If LE only did a drive by on 11/17 and this is what Lauren stated in the video I posted yesterday......well then I think it's pretty stupid to post something like that on FB.

Iron said in a different post he/she was not in his/her car with his/her personal epass but instead was in a company car and would have to ask permission to get records on the company car epass.

If Iron was at the 417 and getting off at Lee Vista and the Hummer was 3 cars behind him and it was around 4PM...

Then what if IRON has really seen the Hummer coming BACK from disposing of Michelle.hwow:hwow:

Dale2 says he went to his parents home on Rose arriving about 4:30PM
and it appears maybe Michelle's cell phone did the same route....

JMO hence Prime Suspect being named....

Well...has he or his father demonstrated their Mensa level IQ's in the past? IIRC he beat his wife and expected no repercussions...participated in a murder and had few repercussions...carp...we as a society taught him to expect none. :banghead:

My point was that many reports from Michelle's family say Dale told them Michelle said "she was going shopping". Everyone else said she planned on dropping off twins then heading home for a nap. Dale is only one to discus a change of plans. And then a text appeared at 4:26 to her brother saying "waterford" - a known shopping spot. No cell phone pings were remotely near Waterford. I believe Dale made up "Michelle shopping" to coincide with the "Waterford" text HE sent... Just sayin'

First if Michelle told Dale that she was going shopping wouldn't have made more sense for the text response to her brother to say "shopping" or "shopping in Waterford"? Also, what if Michelle lied to Dale about were she was going? I mean what if Dale asked her "hey where you going now or what are you doing later"? and she figured it was none of his business especially since she had a dinner date. We don't really know the context of the conversation so maybe she thought he was being nibby or maybe she's the one who volunteered the info?

There are so many different variables of what/where/when so who knows? Anything is possible in my opinion. Could MP have been abducted at gunpoint and the perp was laying down in the back of the vehicle with a gun to her back when iron possibly saw her? Could that perp have been DS or an accomplice? Could they have had a female involved and that is who was driving the vehicle and not MP? There are so many possibilities.
What worries me a little is some accusatory sounding remarks against IRON, i.e. implying deceit. What if he did indeed see her and/or the vehicle as stated. This could be really important to the case. I hope he doesn't get discouraged and not follow up with the authorities further. It certainly needs to be brought to their attention and investigated.
As far as the phone pinging somewhere else at what was it? 4:26? Could she not have gotten back to that area where it pinged at 4:26 within that timeframe? Of course it's absolutely possible that the phone was not with the vehicle at that time.
Isn't the area where IRON says she exited the 408 somewhat close to where they are searching now? What if the vehicle exited and headed South?

I just looked at a map and one could easily go from the 408 to take Alfaya Trail south to Curry Ford Rd to S. Econlockhatchee Trail. (which is where they were doing their large search yesterday)

The Hummer didn't head south on Alalfaya per Ironhorse, it went north after exiting the 408.

Does anyone know if DS had a new GF? If IRON truly did see her and someone was laying down with a gun at her at it was around 3:45-4:00 pm could that person not have had her pullover in some remote location, shoot her or strangled her, jumped back in her Hummer and be back to where her phone pinged at 4:26? Does anyone know if this is possible to drive in this amount of time? Or another scenario is DS took the phone with him to his Dads. I still can't help but thinking that if DS did this he did not do it alone.

I though you changed your mind about the sighting? See your two statements above... How did you decide your original location was again correct? Also do you think we should have both in the timeline?

I do not see this "eye witness account" as credible or verifiable. You can't change your story, details, locations, etc, etc to be considered reliable. "I have seen it here or maybe it was there". I am not saying the witness is lying. I am saying they may be mistaken or thought they saw something and truly believe it was HER. I'm just saying we have no reliable proof that this was Michelle's vehicle spotted.

This whole Waterford thing is a ruse. <modsnip>, but phone GPS signals don't. The ONLY person who says Michelle told them she was going shopping was Dale. And I'll bet he told the cops that "Michelle told me she was going shopping in Waterford."

Of course this would be supported by the "Waterford" text she sent her brother in response to her whereabouts.

I believe this was Dale's feeble attempt at an alibi. Dale's story: "Michelle told me she was going shopping in Waterford, and then she texted her brother that she was IN waterford, so that clears me. Boy, am I smart!"

Ummm, <modsnip>, you're not as smart as you think you are. An I-Phone transmits its text messages through cell towers that contain location id's. And that text that statd that Michelle was in Waterford was actually sent from the Belle Lakes area.

With that one botched attempt at setting up an alibi, I think this guy actually cemented his position as the Prime Suspect.

It's still possible that it was her and she was truly going shopping in Waterford and was abducted somewhere around there? Anything is possible without knowing more facts. I do know there is a reason LE did that huge search where they did yesterday and brought the family to the command post. Surely they would not have done that without a huge lead? Does anyone know if they are finished searching this area? It looked to be a large area to search and I can't imagine they would be finished in one day.

Honestly there really was no other reason to take notice of the vehicle. It passed us on the right as I was in the left lane. It wasn't traveling much faster than us nor was it driving erratic, nothing whatsoever to really grab my attention. Nothing other than what I've explained earlier.

As I said I really don't understand myself why I had a feeling at the time I should take such an interest in it. I just knew at the time something was telling me to pay attention to it and I believe it goes past a casual interest in cars. Strange I know and I can't explain why that was?

I thought you noticed it because you did have an avid interest in cars..

Nor do we have reliable proof that it wasn't. Ok here's the thing, if it were me driving a pretty good distance on a Highway and I remembered seeing a certain vehicle I would probably have a hard time remembering EXACTLY where I saw it, unless there was something that stood out. I mean seriously... If IRON were out and out lying why would he change his story? What would be the reason for this?
