I guess the primary reason(s) I think that she didn't send the "Waterford" text to her brother is that because she disregarded several other texts and phone calls sent from her current boyfriend, family, and her brother. Not once in that timeframe did she attempt to call her son.

While it is possible she texted it...it is very odd that no one else was responded to. Just the brother repeatedly texting her for a ride. No texts to the boyfriend. Not answering the phone. No texts to anyone else. Just the one text to the brother.

its my understanding that they didn't really start blowing up her phone until after 6:50, after her son called the salon. We still don't know if her son called her at 3:30. Its only been stated that's what he "normally" is suppose to do. It wasn't until that 6:50 call that they suspected anything was wrong. Even the brother started MP was the only one who replied to his texts on a regular basis anyway. So he wasn't even concerned until after 6:50.

I am still catching up on the posts today. Looking at the pic from the recovered iphone of Michelle, it looks as though it might be a kitchen in the background. If so, I wonder who's? Also I wanted to add that removing the sticker, whether one piece or several would be very easy to do with goo gone or something similar.

You guys here are great! I pray for answers, peace and closure for all those that are missing and their loved ones.

imo the only point of the picture is to confirm that they did find her iphone and its pictured with the Hurley case in the released pic.

I hate to ask this of you, but do you have a msm link to back up LE searched his condo? I've been looking everywhere for a link for Nov 17, 2011 and I haven't been able to find it. TIA

ETA I know the condo was searched, but on that specific date.

Looking for it. No worries about asking. It could just be that Dale posted it on his Facebook...and LE simply came by at the time and didn't search. Can we find out the time on the search warrant on the 18th? I know the warrant is sealed but wouldn't it list the time of the search? Maybe police just came by, no warrant and asked if they could look around...you know? I am pretty sure that they came by, not because I believe Dale, but because LE reacted very fast to this missing person's report.

Seabass, I'm thinking the same thing...yeah he probably planned it it for awhile...but theres no way he did this on his own...someone else is doing the dirty work...Someone who's THAT good at making everyone go crazy in trying to put the clues together...The Waterford text, I think, was sent to throw people off. Who else would really have motive to do anything to her other than Dale??? And I highly doubt she would leave her kids over embarassment. Just doesn't make sense.

Unless it was a drug deal gone bad, I think someone else did all the work...and Dale planned it after they went to PC...it gave him ammunition.

it is timestamped 11/18/2011. It starts off saying Michelle has been missing over 30 hrs. At 2:58 of the video the reporter says (paraphrasing) they were here about 10:30. Tonight when we stopped by his condo he was no where to be found.....

So if Dale Smith's condo was searched on Friday 11/18/2011, Michelle has been missing over 30 hrs, crime scene unit was there around 10:30 pm, and the reporter stopped by and no one was home....then why did

In this video Lauren says she called the police and they drove by Dale Smith's condo and Michelle's vehicle wasn't there. She never says his condo was searched.

Again, you misunderstand, I know that MP's brother received the Text. The confusion is about wether or not it was in her "handwriting" and where the cell pinged when the text was sent. Until there is concrete evidence that it's bogus. I'm not going to discount any sightings or theories that have her in control of said phone after 3:18.

I agree that we do not know who replied to the text. And we do not know where the cell was pinging at the time. But it is a fact that somebody replied to her brothers text. And I think that is really important. It makes me doubt that a random carjacking took place.

I hope to obtain the time records of our travels for that date from my Boss. I asked for all time records of toll charges between 3pm and 4:30pm of that date... Until I hear back from him you'll just have to go on my statements with faith... When I get the info I'll post the times for each toll charge and it's location. As of right now I can only estimate times but I have to be pretty close in my guessing. It takes us about 30 minutes to drive from Waterford back to the Shop. And I know we was at the Shop just around 5pm... If you factor in we spent about 30 minutes there in Waterford doing our job, then that has us exiting the 408 there at Alafaya around 4pm...

I agree. And I know from the bottom of my heart that she would have called or texted her 11 yr old if she had the ability to. She knew he was walking home from the bus and going into an empty house. She would have called him to check in with him and tell him her plans.

My opinions only, no facts here:

Regarding the list of questions posted earlier- where was Michelle herself living when she disappeared? With her ex-boyfriend, current boyfriend, parents....? I seem to have missed this essential piece of information in all that I have read here.

As for Ironhorse- could you clear up for me which direction the Hummer was traveling (east, west, north, or south) and on what numbered route. Even with all of the discussion about this sighting, I have not seen this stated in simple terms. I like to draw arrows showing the direction of travel on my map.
