Too bad she didn't have you to do internet searches.

Great point. If Michelle had USCgirl do some research ahead of time, Michelle would probably be with her family right now... You maybe onto something. Maybe all women should run a background check before the 1st date. I like how you're thinking Telemag:)

Why on Earth would Michelle have kids and almost marry a guy who almost beat his ex wife to death? Maybe there is not truth to it at all.

uscgirl said he almost killed her from a beating. All I am asking is show me the proof. Instead she makes smart remarks to me about being charmed by Dale. I guess just another rumor and exaggeration.

If someone threatened to kill you and starts pinning you down banging your head against a metal railing, I would believe they intended to kill me. IMO Shannon screaming for help saved her life for the time being until Dale's friends finished the job later JMO... No need for rumors when Dale's criminal and IMO deceitful past contain thousands of pages of public record to keep us all busy...

So just as I thought. Where in the world does anyone get attempted murder and saying he almost killed her by throwing her against a railing? He was arrested for domestic battery NOT ATTEMPTED MURDER!!!! Why post something like that when it is not even close to being true??

You can spin it anyway you like, no one beat anyone near death PERIOD.

No, I guess no one got beat to near death. This one is black and white.

I guess we agree to disagree. From what I read in the court records it appears he beat her and intended to kill her. I don't have the medical records so I cannot comment on how severe the beating itself was. Just have her testimony. Not sure what your point is to be honest....

Please visit the link that Jazzmaster posted upthread. According to the police report, Dale threatened to kill Shannon and then himself. I don't know offhand why the charge was only domestic battery. And I can't find a link, but as I recall, the head injury he inflicted on her by beating her head against the rail was pretty severe. I believe she was hospitalized rather than just treated and released. But I am not certain of that, and I cannot find a link, so take it for what it's worth.

Well my point is no one was beat near death. Seems like someone people here are so mad that Dale has not been arrested that they will make stuff up. uscgirl said that Dale beat his ex wife near death. This is not a matter of opinion, it is simply not true.

I still don't get your point. I'm sorry your posts aren't making much sense to me. Dale threatened to kill his ex-wife, took actions that appear to be in line with that thought process (killing her) he bangs her head on a railing, she screams for help (probably saving her life?) then she ends up at the hospital. This was in her words after she filed for divorce. That's not made up it's public record. I don't know what else to tell you. Maybe someone could read the document to you. I wish you the best of luck on this topic but I feel we are going in circles...

I believe based on nothing more than my MO that LE is going to announce soon that they are moving in a different direction other than Dale. Well I do have a couple of reasons but still JMO.

That would be interesting! I would love nothing more than to find Michelle and WHOEVER did this. For the sake of her children I sincerely hope someone other than Dale is behind this. I still doubt it, but we shall see. Thanks for sharing your opinion!

Wonder why they are doing this. Wonder if this also will change their primary suspect?

Family: Police putting together new panel in Michelle Parker disappearance

ORLANDO --
Family members of missing Central Florida mother Michelle Parker said law enforcement is putting together a new team to look into her case.

Parker hasn't been seen since November when she disappeared, hours after appearing on a taped episode of the People's Court.

A posting on the family's Facebook page said police will be putting together a special panel to try and get some new leads on the case.

Details on what exactly the group will focus on have not yet been announced.

I think the point is that I could say to my ex, "I am going to kill you!" while brandishing a knife, lunge at her, and nick her baby toe. I would have committed some crimes and done some bad things, for sure, but "inflicting deep stab wounds" isn't one of them.

Likewise, DS could have said to his ex, "I am going to kill you!", grabbed her and knocked her head against a railing, giving her a mild to moderate concussion. He would have committed some crimes and done some bad things, for sure, but "beating her near death" isn't one of them.

It isn't that hard to understand, really.

It's Monday! Fresh start of the week. How about we get back to what really counts and matters MOST here. MICHELLE!! Michelle is MISSING!! Her family would really love to have her home! Although the posts this past weekend were very interesting, I kind of feel we are losing sight as to what we are actually here for. Where is Michelle??

What are some possible directions for sleuthing, that haven't been explored yet? I have been trying to get caught up with the facts and circumstances of this case (no small feat at this late date) and the only thing that's sticking out to me as I read through the threads is that the paths taken to date seem to have been dead ends.
