Yes, I've known him for a while now. The conversations were pretty consistant all night. Also I'm so confused as to why but the it's being put out that people's court was on at 2:30, 3:00 and 3:30 but the listing says 2:00 pm. So there is no way she could have shown up while he was watching it.

I've gotta ask.... what about the conversations between 3:15 and say.... 7:00. No particular reason for the ending time, just looking for a span of time.

I am confused why the media is making such a big ordeal about the airing of their People's Court appearance. I think it's what helps to make this story so salacious. Maybe it's just happenstance, literally. I understand Michelle was embarassed, as I suspect Dale could be embarassed as well, bc they were both admonished by Judge Milian, but keep in mind it's just an arbitration, not a real court case, and they had to have been paid in some format for their appearance on the show. Isn't it still taped in NY? Is it safe to assume the studio flew them there & set them up in 5 star hotel rooms? I think that even though both were found to be liable for half of the ring, chances are they both still walked away with money from their appearance, even after their portion of their liability came out of their check (or whatever form of monetary payment).

In other words, Michelle wouldn't still be mad that she'd have to shell out $2500 b/c the studio would have already covered it, as well as Dale's portion. Which would mean that either way, Dale would have made out better...but I just don't think Michelle walked away empty handed. So what would Dale or Michelle be mad at each other for? I just don't see it.

I think Michelle was kidnapped, just like her family thinks. I think it's way too coincidental that Jennifer Kesse disappeared under similar circumstances. If le has video of Michelle's H3 being precisely parked into a parking spot, then I think we're looking at something serial. There is construction, heavy construction going on there, and has been for several years. I don't believe for a second that Michelle was the one to send that cryptic "Waterford" text. It doesn't jive with the books she usually writes in texts. As you can see, I suffer from the same disease lmao!

I want to know about the bars that Michelle worked at. I understand they are all busy and fun establishments, but I'm seriously wondering if Michelle was scouted. There was construction going on in the Waterford Lakes area to add new piping and something else about security. I guess the crime there was becoming more and more frequent. Does anyone local know anything about this? I think it's odd that "Waterford" was sent in the text. I don't believe it was Michelle that sent it. So if it wasn't Michelle, why would the perp think to send 'Waterford" in answer to Michelle's brother's text? What kind of message was he trying to send?

Do you think there is a possible Cowboys-Orlando connection here?? I swear I read somewhere that Michelle used to work there and that place rings a bell with me in the Jennifer Keese case too.

I shop at Waterford all the time and have no worries about security there personally. Do you have a link to the crimes becoming more frequent? Very busy place at all times of the day. Everyone I know shops there as it's a huge draw in the area. Piping? I was there last week and don't remember any construction but there's almost always some type of construction going on so I may not have registered it if there was.

It just seems like an odd time for a car jacking or abduction, in the middle of the afternoon, especially when that type of vehicle might be quite noticeable, compared to others anyway. Where around there could she have been that no one would witness such a thing, I wonder?

My son's car was stolen in the parking lot at his work place in broad daylight. I don't know about car jackings but I don't see it as odd that it would have been done in the day (if that's what happened). Abductions also happen during the day. Malls, parking lots.

I'm not married to the car jacking idea but just throwing out that it is possible and that's why I asked where the hummer was found and what kind of area it is.

DS lives in condos. His father lives in the Oakridge area in a house were the command center is and close to the apts. where the Hummer was found. HTH

Do we know what DS does for a living? Seems odd that a man who owns or rents his own condo would be available at 2:30pm on a Thursday afternoon to take his children for visitation. And what were the plans for that? How long was he supposed to be keeping the children with him? Do we know the custody arrangements?

During the PC appearance there seemed to be an issue of him not seeing the children for about 3 weeks prior to the taping. MP seemed to be the one who brought this up. Did she expect DS to take the children whenever she had to work and she had no other daycare arrangements? Was there any animosity between them in regards to custody of the children?

After following the cases of a lot of these women who have children and custody seems to be a sore spot with their ex's I just wonder. The cases of Susan Powell and Summer Inman come to mind when I think of the lengths that some of these guys father's and/or other extended family may be willing to go to help them out. And just because someone has an alibi, it doesn't mean that they didn't arrange to disappear someone. Wasn't there a case in Florida not long ago where a wife had tried to hire someone to kill her husband? And then of course there is the MFH plot in the Kyron case.

Can someone fill me on what the area the hummer was found is like? Is it rural? Crime area? Dumping ground? Thanks

I was researching that information just this morning, and apparently there were two murders at Walden Palms Apartments in Orlando just last year, and also someone stated they moved from the complex because there was an armed robbery when a resident went to collect their mail at a community mailbox. Could be wrong, but that sounds like a high-crime area to me.

And it's definitely not rural. It is to the NW of Mall at Millenia, and to the SE of the mall is the Oakridge area, where DS's father lives.

I know it is possible...was just trying to get a picture of the general area and if there would be a place where such an event could take place totally unseen, at that time of day (assuming it happened right after 3:15PM or so)...I mean, it sounds like a well-trafficked area. A car jacking usually requires a suspect(s) to rush a vehicle with a weapon while it is at a light, or parked in a lot, for example. Just trying to picture such a thing I guess, and not seeing it. But then, something DID happen, somewhere...JMO

This came out the other day.

Parker's current boyfriend told CFNews13 that he received a text message from her around 3:15 that afternoon.

According to Nate Mitchell, the text said, "'A song came on the radio and I was thinking about you,' then I replied back with a smiley face and a heart."

Mitchell said he last had contact with Parker after she dropped off her 3-year-old twins at her ex-boyfriend's home. Court records indicate that the ex-boyfriend, Dale Smith, has a history of violence.

Does it state this in other articles? Sure seems like with as many articles I've read I would have seen it somewhere else. Maybe I've just been reading it incorrectly...uugghh:pullhair:

Ok, so Dale's dad says he was at his house this "whole time" but yet he was posting on his facebook "pretty consistant all night". So I guess he was posting from his dads house? Didn't he mention on facebook anything about Michelle being missing? One would think since he was last to really see her that he would have been notified pretty early on, from her family anyway. Believe me when I say I'm not trying to pin this on Dale! I'm not! I just don't see how this helps him in any way, the fact that he was at his dads house and the Hummer was found close to there. Maybe I am just confused about if he was at his dad's house or his own condo..I took his dads statement to mean he was at his dads house.

Of course I was Black Friday shopping all night, so I am easily confused :/

I have not read that anywhere else in MSM or local media. Only on NG's site, and from past experience in other cases I know she and her staff have been known to get the facts "mixed up." If I see this stated by LE, I'll believe it. Until then ...

I have heard over and over that it was a car jacking which makes no sence to leave the hummer .even if the deal for the hummer fell through with a buyer .they are in the profession of car jacking and selling cars they would still take it . They know they could have someone else interested in it in no time .So since they didn't take it im sure there was no car jacking but what i do wonder about is well for one the area and what was it like and 2 no one has mentioned at all anything about a gang inichiation and once they seen Michelle lets be honest this is not your averege everyday girl she is gorgious maybe they changed the plan up a little and decided they want to take her after seeing what she looked like...It's just a theory I had but I think it's a good one...Everyone thinks it was a car jacking but cant figure out why they wouldn't have taken the hummer but maybe they deviated from the plan a little .. make sence or no ... ???

Was her vehicle found abandoned on the side of a road or a street somewhere? Or was it found parked in the lot of a place of business or somewhere she may have intended to go?
If it was abandoned on the road somewhere, as if the driver was forced to pull over and exit the vehicle, then technically it's still a carjacking... only they were after HER and not the vehicle.

Wasn't the original drop off time that was in the media somewhere around 2:30pm? I know that time has been changed by details like that being the last time she was seen before taking the children to be dropped off and the 3:18pm video that may or may not be her Hummer on DS's street.

So I think that media is still going with this 2:30pm drop off time when writing their articles and just assuming that if she texted her bf at 3:15pm then it was after the drop off. If the video is to be believed, then it would appear that the last communication was right before she dropped them off.

Here's something I didn't know: Oakridge is also 528 A. (as opposed to 528 the toll road apparently) so that reference could be either I guess? Does anyone know about that? Oak Ridge runs near OBT (Orange Blossom Trail) which is a very bad area: drugs, prostitution, homicides). I totally avoid that section so am not familiar with 528 running through town.

It was found in a parking lot of an apartment complex (Walden Palms Apartments) to the northwest of Mall at Millenia. Not far away from where DS's father lives (Oakridge area).

I am confused. So if she dropped off the twins at DS house, did he then take them over to Grandpas? Is there a chance Grandpa is somehow involved? Where was GP when she dropped off the kids? Also, is it possible that where her car was found there may be video? I keep wondering about the missing video from DS complex. We have her arriving but not leaving? Where is that video? What about DS? Is there video of him leaving?

Also, as far as FB, was he posting from his cell? Has his cell been tracked for pings?

Great point! With today's technology you can post to FB from just about anywhere using your phone.

Yes, it came out in another article. It may even be in this thread or in thread #1.

He's the man who says he recently started dating the girl of his dreams.

“She's a gorgeous girl, her personality, she's funny, she's a blast to be around, you can see the support with everybody that comes out, everybody loves Michelle,” said Mitchell.

He was in contact with her Thursday after she dropped off her twin 3-year-olds at her ex-fiancé's home.

“Around 3:15, she texted me a song came on the radio and I was thinking about you, then I replied back with a smiley face and a heart,” said Mitchell, adding that when he texted her later, he got no response.

There appears to be a pond of some sort just behind that complex. I wonder if the cell phone could have been pitched in there?
