We can't assume that Michelle text Nathan before she dropped the children off. Nathan is saying, or the reporter is saying Nathan said: "Somewhere around 3:15 PM".

Hopefully we will get a more accurate time on the text as I feel the time is being vague for investigation purposes at this point, IMO.

A majority of the time, it is the reporter reporting what someone is stating and that is all we have to run with. We have to trust that they are giving us facts, however, we know screw ups happen.

Do you think there is a possible Cowboys-Orlando connection here?? I swear I read somewhere that Michelle used to work there and that place rings a bell with me in the Jennifer Keese case too.

I do think it's a possibility, but not that the focus should be on Cowboys. Michelle was very popular and well liked. She worked in various country western bars/taverns. Some of Jennifer Kesse's poi's were said to have been seen in Cowboys or The Ale House, something like that. Tracy Ocasio rings a bell too. Hataway rings a bell but Watters was the one seen in Cowboys if I'm correct. I thought there was more to both of those stories and possible links to each case. I still think construction is involved somehow. If both of their disappearances are connected, and if Michelle's is as well, then construction and the bar scene are the 2 common denominators in all 3 cases.

I could be way off, I'm only a civilian looking at it from the outside. I'm not in on the know and I'm not privy to what le has. However, sometimes intelligent speculation leads to good info that le can investigate.

I can't escape the fact that Jennifer Kesse's disappearance and Michelle Parker's disappearance are incredibly similar in nature, involving most facets of their disappearances.

I shop at Waterford all the time and have no worries about security there personally. Do you have a link to the crimes becoming more frequent? Very busy place at all times of the day. Everyone I know shops there as it's a huge draw in the area. Piping? I was there last week and don't remember any construction but there's almost always some type of construction going on so I may not have registered it if there was.

When I mentioned something about crime becoming more frequent, I didn't mean to imply that it's crime ridden. It's more expensive to live in Waterford Lakes, several areas are gated, they have security yet they still have breakins. If 1 breakin happens in 1 month, then 3 months go by & somebody's car is broken into, then crime would become more frequent based on the previous year when there weren't any occurrences.

I'll find a link. I found a pdf with regards to construction a long time ago during Jennifer Kesse's disappearance. I'll go look for something related to that. Just give me some time bc I don't know how fast I can find it, ok?

BTW, Waterford used to be beautiful from what I remember. Is it still?

The construction I was speaking of was years ago. I should have noted that. I wanted to know if it was done yet bc some was going on during Jennifer's disappearance.

I also wanted to note to people that may not be familiar to that area... Waterford is not just a neighborhood of houses and specialty shops. Waterford is Waterford Lakes. People in the area call it Waterford as they still remember it from years ago when it was smaller and not as built up.

Yes, corner of Americana & Texas in the condo complex. They have the #1 suspect on video walking around the pool, caught on camera just outside a fensed area after they parked her car. The suspect cannot be positively identified. Some of us thought he (or she) looked like Hataway. I also thought the person looked like they were wearing contractor garb including work boots, popssibly a painter all dressed in white.

Editing to add that it's nice to run into you Leomoon, as well as many others here. I miss those astro threads. They were so very interesting.

The biggest thing that stands out to me and probably to most people from Orlando, is how out of the way points F an G are from the places she needed to be that day.

Two things:

I know people have said that police believe the Waterford text was bogus. Is there a link to an article or video that actually has LE quoted or saying that.

If they can pick up the last known location the cellphone pinged (the Oakridge Rd area), then they should also be able to locate which tower the "Waterford" text was sent from. I would hope they already have that information and have been directing searches in those areas.

I volunteered earlier in the week and I was under the impression that the searches have been relatively imprecise, but that could be b/c I just don't have all the info.

So as not to confuse, and for further clarity again for those not familiar, Wingfoot made a great map - where I is listed as 5176 Downing Street, that is the exact address of the apartment complex that is on the corner of Americana & Texas listed on her missing fliers.

Jennifer Kesse worked at Westgate Resorts in Ocoee. Look at the triangulation. Ocoee is off to the left of Wingfoot's map by Lake Apopka. When you look at it compared to where Michelle's place of work is, the distance is comparable. The triangulation is incredible.

I didn't see in Nancy's article or click orlando's article indicate "spoke" so not sure where the word "spoke" is coming from at this point.

That makes an interesting thought. If you text back and forth, did you "speak" to each other? My employees say that they "talked" to each other when they actually texted. If I ask them to speak to someone regarding a specific issue they will often either email or text them instead of calling them. Another grey area IMO.

Toll Facilities Reference Manual... This is definitely worth looking at & skimming through. Start at page 11 and skim through the others. There's TONS of tolls, at every exit/on ramp, all EPass upgraded on 408 417 & 528 - which means there has to be cameras in case somebody runs the toll. How do you think they get tag #'s to mail people fines for skipping tolls? They get them by video.

Yes, I've known him for a while now. The conversations were pretty consistant all night. Also I'm so confused as to why but the it's being put out that people's court was on at 2:30, 3:00 and 3:30 but the listing says 2:00 pm. So there is no way she could have shown up while he was watching it.

Were these convos on his FB page shortly after the show was 'taped' or the night the show 'aired'? I'm confused cos another post gave me the impression it was not the same night it 'aired'/MP went missing that DS was posting about how it went to his FB 'friends'. :waitasec:

It seems from the timeline MP didn't have the opportunity to watch it but he did..I can't imagine why he wouldn't have & I can easily see him bringing it up to her when she arrived..Why wouldn't he? It wasn't an every day experience they shared & I'd be very surprised if there still weren't any negative feelings on both sides stemming from it..I don't think it matters how long ago it was..It's been reported it was done last summer & as recently as Oct..Not sure what the 'truth' is but regardless it doesn't change my POV on the issue..There may have been a 'fight' about it..It had to open old wounds no?..IF something did happen to MP then my guess is it was an accident & one that didn't leave any signs of a struggle or any evidence.

Right... which is also part of my point about I-4 being so close. No tolls and fairly quick to Sanford or even to Oviedo via SR 434

Has to be renting. I don't know which particular unit he's in but none of those condos are under his name in the Register of Deeds.

Also, I don't believe the HOA has any restrictions on what owners do in regards to renting/selling. So the lease agreement could be with
the owner, an agent, or a prop mgmt company.
