They have only named him, but they have taken actions that seemed to indicate they suspect Dale Sr as well. They gave polygraphs to Dale senior, and they raided his home, with SWAT involvement. And they arrested him for other charges. So I think their actions show that they believe Daddy might be involved as an accomplice, imo.

The raid was to see if Michelle was in the house or if there was any evidence that could tie them into this. They found nothing, it is a quote from Dustin, regarding finding nothing. They went back at another time for the pot. I don't think it was a huge grow operation, just a few plants. So yes, I think LE is looking at both of them, but so far, they still have nothing to say either of them killed or disposed of her.

Right, but it does still show that they think Dale had help from some family members, imo.

So if you wanted to make it look like you got kidnapped in theory and decided to toss the phone in a place LE could retrieve it, they would know if the HD had been copied to another phone HD?

If it was one of the newer IPhones then the data could have been stored on a "cloud" and would not have even been on the phone.

Not copied to another phone necessarily, but copied yes ... potentially.

I just searched for the source of that, as I remember reading it in the past. But I cannot find it now. I will keep looking and will link it if I do find it. Maybe I am remembering wrong and the parents refused to take the tests?

Even my older iPhone 3g can store data in the clouds since that is a matter of software not hardware. Also things like e-mail are stored in a server and even if deleted from the server itself can be retrieved, especially by LE.

Yes they shook the tree to see if any apples would fall down. Looks like none did. IMO

And you were there? Do you know for a fact that they were not poly'd? Within 48 hours after the interview with Sr and the Mrs Michelle's phone magically appears?...wow I love all these coincidences. Dale should play the lottery cause he seems to have lots of luck that he's innocent despite all these coincidences....the odds must be at like 2,878,878,878,756 to 1 by now. JMO

I guess you avoid the poly when you know you'd fail... Dale do you know where Michelle is right now? fail. Did you have anything to do with her disappearance? fail. Did you kill her? fail. IMO he'd fail these 3 questions and many many more because he's hiding the truth and refusing to man up. Dale where is she? Stop playing games!

I disagree 100% They shook the tree and found Michelle's phone within 48 hours of the subpoena. That's success in my book!

What is the connection there? Did something they found in a raid/search lead to recovery of the phone?

IMO that is exactly why he is avoiding it. He knows where Michelle is. She deserves justice and so does her family.

Now if as a dishonorably discharged marine who has helped kill in the past and had a history of stranding women, where could Dale have hidden Michelle? I keep finding new clues every day and still have quite a few areas of interest from Dale's past.

Looking at his FB pictures and myspace pages, he likes to drink. Would he have selected a night club area or near a bar? Maybe one that he and Michelle used to frequent? He has had many problems with drugs and his dad was caught dealing so maybe he tried to make it look like Michelle had problems too? Maybe a well known drug area? Or maybe he called Michelle bi-polar on PC so maybe near a psych ward?...Could Dale be taunting us all and left some clues on the PC episode? He sure is good at hiding evidence...jmo

Not at the raid, but I certainly believe the subpoena led to the discovery of the phone! JMO

So the same people you suspect of helping to kill and/or hide Michelle's body, you also suspect of leading investigators to her phone? (Just trying to make sense of it all).
