Yep, I think the whole Star Trek costume thingy is surreal or at list idiotic ... but say ... do you think he might have used the light saber as a weapon?![]()
Anything is possible.

Just wondering why the use of "Star Trek" on a consistent basis when anyone who follows this case clearly knows Dale is into "Star Wars" and not "Star Trek"...BIG DIFFERENCE. They do not use light sabers in Star Trek...Just saying!

:floorlaugh: Star Wars, Star Trek they all fly HIGH (in space-ed) ... light sabers, photon guns, BEAM ME UP SCOTTY! what's the difference really? I still think it likely what follows:
1. He might have used his plastic light saber at some point or another as a weapon.
2. He at some point got beamed up into some spaceship (virtually) not necessarily by Scotty.
3. He has some personal relationship with a Darth Vader wanna be, whose evil intent are notorious.

So you FINALLY admit Dale is behind Michelle's disappearance? :what:
LOL
Jazz, if I needed a bodyguard I would hire you.![]()
I may be mistaken and I'm sure someone can correct me if I am, but I believe that the children were interviewed once shortly after Michelle disappeared and only for a short time. Now that may have been when DFS was involved and removed the children from DSJr's custody for a brief period just prior to the emergency court hearing.

IMO all three of those things point to the fact that this was unlikely done by a random stranger. Very unlikely.
If Michelle had been abducted from her vehicle by a random stranger, most likely for sexual purposes, then the Hummer would have been found with cell phone inside and decals intact not far from where her body was found.
Random sexual predators and murderers do not go about playing hide and seek with evidence. They are compelled to do what they do for their own sick purposes and they are quick and efficient when they manage to get a hold of a victim. It's a crime of opportunity and they act on it when the mood strikes them. Then they leave the victim and all of their belongings, with perhaps the exception of any cash they may have had on hand (her purse was not touched and everything was intact), and they get away from the crime scene. They don't go to the trouble to try and frame someone else and move evidence all over a highly populated urban area. And to lug a likely deceased body to a good hiding place.
No...that thread seems to lead to someone known to the victim who was trying to cover tracks as to not get caught. Because the body would likely yield the evidence to point to someone who would have been considered by LE in her known circle of friends/acquaintances.

I have to say I am as frustrated as both sides on this case. I could sit down and write out a threory that would support 3 versions of what could have happened, One for DS killing her, One for her leaving, and One for SODDI. All would have pretty much the same weight that we have in the first. But I won't it would just cause bickering and I would have to give up stuff I don't want to.
So here is the problem for me, there is no "connection" no "bridge" if you will; to connect anyone to MP and her missing. Now we have some history, but that is not enough, we have some circumstancial evidence, but that won't get you to court and a sure fire conviction. So I think and this is JMO, you have to find some other connection, another bridge, maybe one you haven't tried before. Like if a person is suspect in a missing person case, but maybe you can't prove it; is there some other crime you haven't connect to that person before? Like with Peterson, they couldn't find wife four? so they reopend the 2nd wife's death investagation and bingo, he is under arrest. I am just thowing out an example. Sometime you have to go back and "listen" to what people say, more than one time, you have to open up your mind and do it again.
Going back to that glass of wine now.
I think we're grasping at straws here ... most crimes are solved early on, some take some time, very few are solved after long periods of time. If DS did it, there can be no expectations that one day he'll wake up, have a crisis of conscience and go to the police to turn himself in. If the police had the goods on him he would have been arrested by now, everything else is wishful thinking and an attempt to prove a point that cannot be possibly proven but you want to anyway just because. I still don't see how you get to hope to solve this disappearance without a body and there lies the frustrations for the police and the unimaginable anguish of the family. JMO ,
Wonder if Dale enjoyed himself at the Rosen Centre last night for C6. Bet he will enjoy the parties Saturday night too with MJ.
Jazz, you can't really fault him for living his life, and you wouldn't expect him to lock himself in his house and become an hermit and I know you think ... no ... you know that he's guilty (as you have expressed in many posts) but still, may be he doesn't think he's guilty, may be he just wants to live his life in piece, and may be, if he's innocent (which he is until proven guilty), he just might have a right to that?

Just goes to show that unless and until he is cleared he will always be noticed, always be looking over his shoulder, never sure if the person next to him or across the room is watching him and making note of his every move and/or is just a bystander interested in the case or an undercover LE or PI. No statute of limitations on murder so as long as he remains Prime Suspect he'll always be under scrutiny by someone, somewhere...always looking over his shoulder. I'd think he'd be desperate to clear himself for both this reason and for the sake of the twinners.
