Are you sure it was Jr's mother that passed? I just spoke to a family member of Michelle's and they weren't aware she had passed. Do you have a link to a Obit. TIA

Yes, do you have a link to the obit?
Because according to the Orange County Property Appraiser's website, Tamara personally signed the quit claim deed and it was notarized that she personally appeared before the notary.

If she did pass away (and I can't find any evidence that she did but IF she did..), so sorry to hear it and what a blow that might be to the case because if an arrest were made and a court trial ensued, her testimony would have been important. JMO MOO

I do not have a link to an obituary. I didn't hear that there was any funeral, and here obituaries are listed in the newspaper by the funeral home or via a paid listing by a relative. DS Sr is close to a neighbor and that is how I know this. She passed away about three weeks ago.

I wonder if the remains can be John Radabaugh. He's been missing from Ocala since late February. Ft. McCoy is about 15-20 miles from the Ocala Nat'l Forest where John went missing from.

Dale thought he was gonna get out of that lawsuit. I think not.

BTW it has been confirmed, his mom did pass over the summer.

It blows my mind that the prime suspect in Michelle's murder has sole custody of her children and denies visitation to her family. AND he moved to Tennessee? I try to keep up with this case, but I don't remember hearing about his move. Truly a pathetic excuse for a father, as well as for a man. This case haunts me - I think of Michelle often.

Dale has moved to Springfield, TN. And yes he will not let the grandparents nor the twins brother see them even tho, he's been spotted in Orlando over the last few months.

ETA: We are coming up on 3 yrs, please keep Michelle and her family in your thoughts and prayers, that she may be found soon.

Michelle's case is what brought me here to Websleuths. I still think of her all the time and check in frequently...hoping and praying for answers and an arrest. I can't put into words how badly I feel for her three children and for Michelle's family. Michelle's three children will become adults one day...and they will learn what kind of "father" they have ....I hope Michelle's family gets to spend time with them before they are adults. Where could Michelle be?? Where could he have hid her so well? I'm not asking really...I've read every single post, thread up here...and I know this has been discussed as far as where could she be...I'm just irritated she hasn't been found yet. Prayers and thoughts with her family. I hope, wish and pray for Michelle to be found !
