copyright is a very important issue. ESPECIALLY when it says this at the bottom of an article:

10% and a link-no screen caps. thanks

Wow, thanks for that old version of the article, Squint.

If I am understanding it correctly, her Hummer was seen, w/out the decals, leaving the gated area an hour and a half after dropping her kids off, correct?

That's what the News was trying to imply... But LE has stated it's a different Hummer, and that's why the news has pulled the video.

Out of curiousity, anyone have any ideas on who the two women in the house were? Has there been any mention of a new GF for DS, or DS's mother or stepmother?

After looking at the sec cam snaps again it doesn't seem like an image of the driver could have been caught and plates don't seem visible. How exactly did they rule out the other Hummer or decide when it was Michelle's that left?

ETA: Can someone confirm or was it an idea that the decals were removed before the Hummer left?

Also don't gated areas usually have guards? Isn't that the whole point of a gated community?

I think it's a great strategy....and praying it works. Puts an urgency on the perspective tipster.

Want to also note--- it seems from the vehicles I've noticed in the father's driveway (vette, mustang, and very old coupes.... the family is very much into cars, restoration, etc. They would know and/or probably own a can of adhevsive remover. I think both families are into cars, racing, and that kind of thing. imo. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/ac.../_/N-259z?counter=0&itemIdentifier=191099_0_0_

DS's father is on my radar more so than DS himself...atm. DS seemed to be really upset on the PC in his interview after the judgement was rendered. He seemed to want to show the reporter the text he had rec'd from MP the night before saying she still cared and was confused....then changed her attitude the day of the case..calling her bipolar. Maybe he has vented to his father...and there may be other things that happened since and then when the father viewed the airing it just set him off?

ITA!!! Thank YOU!!! Either dad...or someone else CLOSE, who didn't like MP...maybe for what they think she's put DS through.....And/OR what she said on the show. It just set whoever's butt on fire....can I say that??

I'll crawl back to my corner and stop being redundant....

I've never put too much weight on rewards. It's always been my opinion that if someone knows something they come forward with information and not wait for a reward fund to be set up.

On that I agree totally but some people just won't lift a finger to do the right thing unless it benefits them in someway... Sad I know but that's just how sickening some people just are...

Most posters think DS may have gotten a 'hair across his ***' after watching the show & I don't disagree with that BUT! I think one of the worst things revealed that day was MP's "breast implants"..I don't recall what provoked his comment about it but it was said on national tv..That had to totally anger & embarrass Michelle no? My point being IF they rehashed the PC episode when MP arrived with the kids that day there was good cause for an 'explosive' argument to erupt on both sides..I have never ruled this 'theory' out=something bad happened to MP..It may have even been an accident? It also may not have left any evidence to be found..Either way, her body had to be removed from the scene ASAP..Here's where DS would need help=his dad..Even if it was just to take the kids over to his place while DS took care of biz.

Two different Hummers... I seen the video and MP Hummer had aftermarket wheels with a distinct offset to the rims. The second Hummer shown on the video didn't have the same kind of wheels...

Lots of good photos of the search for Michelle at link. I thought Jr. lived in a condo?

fran

http://www.cfnews13.com/article/new...-raid-house-as-part-of-Michelle-Parker-search

According to Orange County property records, the home is registered to "Dale Smith Senior." That's the name of Michelle Parker's ex-fiance's father. Parker's family said Dale Smith Jr. lives in the home.

Parker's brother, Dustin Erickson, said whatever police were looking for at the house, they did not find it.

"They had reason to search the house. They searched the house, they didn't come up with what they were looking for," Erickson said. "The SWAT team was there, They had dogs there and they didn't come up with nothing."

The Parker family has said in the past they don't think Smith had anything to do with the disappearance.

Meanwhile, searchers moved into Lake Nona Saturday. Four search parties with dogs went into that area to look for the woman who has been missing for more than a week now.

"There's a lot of high hopes still. We're waiting on answers to a lot of different leads," said Dustin Erickson, Michelle's brother. "We've had, from what I hear, in the high hundreds, of phone calls in with leads, and it just takes time to process all that."

Actually I thought LE stated it was hers going in, but the one going out was not hers. So she was at least on that video once. The point was really the article said who had the video, which shows how close to dales condo the actual security cam. was.

But on another note, good point with the copyright. I did not consider that when I posted it. I just thought you guys would want that kind of information because everyone was asking about it in the previous threads. If I gave you the direct link to it, it would expose the neighbors name, and I'm not sure I should do that?

It's public information, anyone can see the original article. It's webcached on google.

SBM

I 'believe' one of the women was his mother & the other his sister..It's been said she was living in that house with her "children"..My guess is it was her "children" that were "detained" outside while LE raided inside..That doesn't rule out the 'twins' were there also but until I hear it directly from MP's mom or bro that they were I'm leaning towards they were not.

I wouldn't say he's MORE on my radar than his son; for me they're running neck and neck. :(

Senior Mr. Smith wouldn't be the first parent to do whatever it took to protect their child, even if it meant lying and in some cases physical harm to another. Two clear-cut examples: Cindy Anthony's lying for Casey and Summer Inman's in-laws murder of Summer.

Wow...this is like the Anthony case...just when you think it can't get any stranger..BAM!

I wish I could see a good outcome for Michelle...:(

Well, naturally we wouldn't hear of it that's the whole point of tips being anonymous... One doesn't necessarily have had to be a witness to a crime, they may have just overheard something or provide information that leads the LE to the crime scene...

As of now the LE haven't reported much other than where her vehicle was found and where they think the phone was last before it went dead...

We've heard nothing about anyone seeing the vehicle along the path where the phone powered down. Nor have we heard of anyone seeing the vehicle being parked where it was later found. That vehicle had to get from DS town home where she was last seen alive, to Walden Circle were it was found sometime after midnight.

We've got only a few options of what could have happen:
1. She disappeared of her own doing (Not likely the case)
2. DS had something to do with her disappearance (Possible but no proof)
3. A carjacking went bad (Possible)
4. A stalker (Possible)

In most cases the reward money is for the "SAFE" return of the missing person and that was my reason behind "most" don't claim the reward.

If the reward would indicate "dead or alive" then there may be more that might slip through with tips. Of course, this is only my opinion.

Please don't repost if you have had a post removed.

Mods are discussing exactly which players are permitted to be sleuthed and want to make sure we protect any innocents.

Weblseuths is a victim friendly forum. Please be careful what you post and do not sleuth innocent third parites. Until there is a POI or SUSPECT stated by LE, everyone is innocent in this case.

Based on the route Michelle should have taken to head back home after dropping the children off at their father's place, are their traffic lights along the way and is the route heavily traveled late afternoon? TIA

Hubby is LE & former SWAT. We just discussed the "raid" & he said if they felt the need to even call SWAT out to serve the search warrant & used flash bangs, they had knowledge of a potential threat to officer safety. In other words, they had a reason they had to go in that way whether it was a prior history in dealing w/ them, a prior history of other LE agencies dealing w/ them, knowledge of multiple firearm ownership, verbal threats made to others regarding "if" LE were to show up at his house what he may do, whatever. Just thought I would share that.

I'll probably get slapped for this one....

I understand how some of you feel regarding the raid....but try and put yourself in the position of this family and OPD.

"If" that were your daughter, son, mother, father, grandchild or another family member would it be different?

The Swat Team would not go into that house unless they had good cause.

"WE" are not privy to their information. "WE" are only getting the info from MSM and we know how much they've screwed up in this case.

I know it must have been upsetting to the children and they don't understand, but this is "their" mother that's missing. I'm sure Michelle's mom didn't want this to happen for fear her grandchildren would get hurt.

OPD is not gonna just walk up to a house and bust the door down just because. They've staked that house out. Knew who was coming and going and they've probably done it for a few days, if not the last week.

OPD caught this family off guard. I believe it was their intensions. They're not gonna take the chance that one of their team members get hurt and I'm sure they took every necessary precaution when they entered that house to make sure the children weren't hurt either.
