Gotta be careful with that middle name Wayne and being a criminal...
http://www.freakonomics.com/2006/09...new-boyfriend-be-sure-to-ask-his-middle-name/

Kidding aside...I think we all suspected this. I was unaware his first wife DIED? What are the specifics of her death? And why, pray tell, was he in military prison at the time? Are the two in any way related?

And why, oh why did such a seemingly intelligent, attractive young woman with so much going for her not only get involved with such a loser but have children with him so they were bound for life? These are the sorts of things I fear for my own 21 year old daughter. You just hope they know better, but it only takes one mistake...

So Mark Nejame's doesn't believe in LDT's now? Appears he believes in them when it is not his client. Typical lawyer spin doctor............................................MARK NEJAME, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Hi. Good evening, Nancy. You know, when it comes to Misty, just really, who knows? The reality of it is she hasn`t been truthful about anything...

GRACE: Wait, wait, wait. Mark Nejame, look, you`ve got a great reputation. You`ve got to give me more than "Who knows." And let me remind you that with us tonight is the attorney for Tommy Croslin, James Werter out of Jacksonville, and he`s willing to put his client strapped up to a poly. So do you really believe, Mark Nejame, that Misty Croslin has sat on this story all this time and not told police?

NEJAME: No. No. I mean, Misty`s out for Misty. Misty failed a polygraph in my office. She`s apparently failed another polygraph. Her story`s changed like the wind changes. I think that Tommy`s lawyer`s doing the right thing. I think he needs to get a polygraph out there. I think, though, that he needs to go ahead and make sure that the questions are the right questions and not just ones that are created that still leave ambiguity out there. He`s got to be real clear about what they`re asking........................... http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1003/26/ng.01.html

NeJame: not physically possible for #DaleSmith to commit crimes in timeframe. 72 min from her drop off kids til he arrived at his parents.

BiancaMPrieto Bianca Prieto
NeJame: doesn't think he will allow #DaleSmith to speak to officers again. "doesnt make sense."

So, he DID go to parents....and, "72 mins"....PLEASE Lord...are we gettin into something like the "31 days"??? Can't people just say "a little over an hour"???
But, still, that's plenty of time to strangle someone and drive to a friends to have THEM get rid of the body. Sorry to put it that way.

And "physically impossible"...he looks like he could "physically" cause great bodily harm in a short period of time and, I'm no expert, but with his military experience, I can almost be sure he's pretty quick on his feet.

Holy snot... Mark NeJame is defending this guy too?

I'm speechless. :thud:

Oh, I am 5 feet nothing and a size zero... but I could totally kill someone and dump the body in 72 minutes.
Then again... I've also done the "where would someone put a body..." thing A LOT... so I already know all the best places to put a body.
If you haven't thought about it ahead of time... and you are panicking... that would be different. Premeditated??? Not a problem.

Mark NeJame's gave Misty Croslin a LDT in his office and then announced to the world she failed it. Now he says they are no good and mean nothing?

:shocked2: I'm (gulp) guessing you haven't actually put that theory to the test? <slinks away to run and hide from murderous criminal mastermind Ms. Facetious> :floorlaugh:

Isn't that the definition of talking out of both sides of your mouth? Why did Nejame take this guy on?

I keep gettin' this niggling about this case. MONEY. Who has it? After all she drove a hummer and the fight was over a $5k diamond ring. Someone has some money somewhere. Was the money hers? His? Possibly from an insurance settlement? I don't think he's the "money man". Not with his background and record. I just keep hearing this little voice saying "follow the money".

Oh, so it was Dale who asked TES to come in for the search. Interesting!

Just because DS or Nejame say it, doesn't make it so. I will wait for a MSM link with a quote from TES or Tim Miller saying that this is who contacted them. Defense Attorneys will say whatever they think will make their client look better in the eyes of the public... IMO

I highly doubt that Mark NeJame would state something like "Dale called TES" when it is not true! Mark and Tim Miller are rather close.

IMO it is DS Sr. According to Comptroller records he has owned a number of businesses and bought a number of properties. I know his current house does not look like anything fancy, but that does not mean there is no money, IMO. According to the media DS Jr owned the hummer, he has a nice truck, a work van and according to comptroller records he has a $199,000 mortgage (2008) on the condo not including HOA dues and any insurance premiums. Someone is paying for all that stuff...

Whether we like it or not, anyone that is accused of being a "suspect" has the right to an attorney.

And even when they are charged with a crime, they are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. (Although, we all know how that goes too!)

Maybe it was MN's suggestion.

Like I said I will wait for the MSM link, thanks. :)

Dale might have "also" called TES......or something like that. Prolly like after MN told him to.

  • #219
I do have to add that all the above information on Mark giving Misty a LDT came from a good friend on twitter and her research.:seeya:

Maybe it was MN's suggestion.

I believe TES was at the command center a week ago Sunday, IIRC. However, I could be wrong.

It doesn't appear that Mark was in the picture until after the announcement of Dale being a suspect.
