So, he DID go to parents....and, "72 mins"....PLEASE Lord...are we gettin into something like the "31 days"??? Can't people just say "a little over an hour"???
But, still, that's plenty of time to strangle someone and drive to a friends to have THEM get rid of the body. Sorry to put it that way.

And "physically impossible"...he looks like he could "physically" cause great bodily harm in a short period of time and, I'm no expert, but with his military experience, I can almost be sure he's pretty quick on his feet.

It is definitely enough time. Even if he didn't have help disposing of her (I hate typing this kind of stuff) it is possible he hid her somewhere in that 72 minutes and took care of the rest later.

So sorry, Michelle.

Hubby and I were reminiscing last nite about all the fun times we had with Michelle. She is a wonderful person and a good mother. It breaks my heart to think she may never come home. :anguish:

No, it's wonderful that TES came ! But using the fact that DS called them makes him innocent as was suggested by MN - that's just lawerin'. Doesn't mean he is innocent at all.

On WESH now, MN states, (paraphrased), "he specifically asked for a full scale search"....(by TES) and then goes on to say something to the effect that DS is waiting to speak or get together with Tim Miller.

I keep gettin' this niggling about this case. MONEY. Who has it? After all she drove a hummer and the fight was over a $5k diamond ring. Someone has some money somewhere. Was the money hers? His? Possibly from an insurance settlement? I don't think he's the "money man". Not with his background and record. I just keep hearing this little voice saying "follow the money".

...and we have no idea when MN and DS first had contact. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who'd LE would be interested in. And...I do realize there's a relationship between Mark and TES...so it also wouldn't surprise me to learn that he (MN) offered a "useful" suggestion.

Earlier articles put out TES was in FLorida, so either the media screwed it up or TES was NEVER here!

I know what family is, but I thought TES had to have like a blood relation request help. Is MP's family not around? You're a POI and requesting a search? Somehow this seems self-serving to me. Glad that TES will talk to him...but I think it should be Michelle's family. JMPO

I thought the exact same thing after viewing the now-closed Photobucket account of DS. On the picture that he said was for the calender, it was marked by a local "high-end" wedding photographer. Expensive condo, expensive Hummer, expensive ring and expensive hobby. $$$$$

NeJame held a news conference Tuesday afternoon and said Smith wouldn't be taking a polygraph test and has been unfairly targeted.
"Not one single court in the United States of America accepts polygraphs as scientifically reliable and admissible," NeJame said.
NeJame said Smith has provided voluntary statements to investigators on three occasions and has helped to get Texas EquuSearch to help find Parker.
"Mr. Smith wants Michelle found," NeJame said. "What guilty person is asking for a search to be conducted?"

Perhaps Dale did it because of the children, of which, would make sense since they are so little and wanting their mother found.

I wonder if Mark is still representing TES in anyway? This just gives me a bad taste in my mouth with NeJame's saying no to a LDT for the suspect and TES searching under those conditions when in the past they urged a teen girl everyone felt was a suspect to take a string of LDT type test. It is disgusting on so many levels.
