Lord, I hope they find her soon....alive. But, if not, SOON...so evidence will still be preserved and NOT in 6 months and found in horrid condition.

An emergency custody hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday morning. Parker's mother, Yvonne Stewart, was given access to see the children Tuesday afternoon, DCF said.

The prime suspect and ex-fiance of missing Orlando mother Michelle Parker may lose custody of their twin 3-year-old children. Dale Smith Jr. had been taking care of them since her disappearance over a week ago.
However, Tuesday evening, the Florida Department of Children and Families requested and obtained a "Take into Custody Order" from the Ninth Judicial Circuit. The order grants the agency the authority to immediately place the children in temporary protective custody.
The order was requested after DCF's initial investigation into the safety of the children.
An emergency shelter hearing will take place Wednesday morning, DCF officials said. The initial hearing allows the court to address any immediate or emergency custody arrangements regarding Parker's children, said officials.

Yeah, so I get that DS has a right to an attorney, blah blah, but if I were in TM's shoes, had lost my own daughter to murder, and my search organization was being used to make Mr. Suspect look like Prince Charming, I'd be more than :furious::furious::furious: to know that Nejame was the one pulling the strings.

I call BS on that one. We have just now heard from him today thru his Atty. He wouldn't even call the family or help in the search. All he wanted to do was post on FB. Set himself up a timeline. What a crock!

I myself wish they could found a solution without DCF having to come in.

I have some friends who work with DCF in Orlando. I have heard them talk about a shortage of foster homes compared to the large number of children they place, sometimes they have to drive several counties away just to find one with space and so many times siblings have to be separated.

So unless a child is endangered I would never wish DCF on any child at least here in Central FL..... IMO

All that Steve stated was the children where taken by DCF and they are in protective custody and we don't ultimately know if they will go with one of the grandparents or where they will go.

The emergency hearing is Wednesday at 10:30 AM.
