BBM: Top Dog Cabinets does not ring a bell for me. I saw the name, just can't remember it at the moment.

I remember seeing a pic from his photobucket I think of him installing cabinets-he had a shirt on w/ the name of the company on the back. Anyone have screen grabs of his photobucket pics? raying:

Just a couple quick thoughts.. I'm very suspicious now about the 2nd hummer that we saw leaving at 4:20(as someone upthread posted I thought the time stamp said 4:40).. But regardless do we know for certain that the hummer LEAVING WAS NOT MICHELLE's FOR CERTAIN??.. I know LE states that is so, but I'm certain many can realize why LE may not want this info known by some.. Thus why theyve jerked the footage all together.. If we DON'T HAVE PROOF THAT WAS NOT MICHELLE'S HUMMER LEAVING ON SURVEILLANCE.. well.. I am a bit curious if it could have indeed been her hummer?? Anyone??
If you look at that timeline of Michelle pulling in at Dales at 3:18 and if the poster upthread is correct it is 4:20 when the black hummer is seen leaving.. That's exactly 62 mins.. Hmmm.. If it's 4:40 when the hummer left that's 82mins.. Could those times somehow be indicative of where might Jr have gotten his 72min timeline or ATLEAST a good portion of it??

ETA: just read clu's post and I see we've had someone verify for certain it was not Muchelle's hummer seen leaving on the surveillance.. So scratch the ^above^.. But still have valid questions regarding hummer below

Also regardless of whether or not the hummer seen leaving the condos at 420-440pm.. Regardless of that I believe no way in hell he wouldve stood in the driveway removing those decals that's why I asked way back early on I certainly wonder if anyone witnessed the hummer either entering into Dales garage or exiting from Dales garage.. To me it makes the most sense that he wouldve wanted those obvious and very attention grabbing decals off of that hummer BEFORE HE LEFT OUT OF HIS NEIGHBORHOOD IN IT.. hence if there is actually a neighbor with a black hummer as LE states.. Well.. Then I'd say Dale was damn adamant about removing those decals before he drove Michelle's hummer out of his neighborhood with hopes that it would draw zero attention as everyone in the neighborhood upon glancing would assume the black hummer to simply be their neighbor who drove a similar decal-LESS BLACK HUMMER as Michelle's.. Thus I truly believe Dale WOULD HAVE HAD TO PULL THAT HUMMER IN THE GARAGE.. IMO making it a very good chance that someone/anyone saw that black hummer either entering or exiting Dale's garage..

These were quite large and covered the entire back window of the Hummer.

I stand firm on a glass surface being the easiest to remove vinyl from, the size of the decal would take more time but nothing substantcial, 15 minutes tops would be my guess.

I actually live in Titusville- never expected to see it mentioned. If he was working in Titusville on the day , there are two options for roads he would have taken (most likely) from that area of orlando - SR 528 (a toll road) or highway 50 . Both of those roads run through heavily wooded , mostly undeveloped areas in between the outskirts of Orlando and Titusville.

Anyone happen to know where in Titusville the job was for the day? Or if there are any talks of plans to search in this area? Titusville is such a small town atmosphere, it wouldn't be difficult to get together volunteers for searches here. I know several people in town who have frequented the bar she tended at, and have gone out for the searches set up around oakridge road.

The white van in driveway when I interviewed neighbor was DS work van (he is a cabinet installer). The one in the video parked curbside I cannot identify for certain.

The search warrant is currently not public.

Hi All! Been a member for awhile but have never posted. Finding all your comments interesting and insightful. Saw the case on People's Court before she went missing and was shocked and sadden to find out about it . So sad! Praying for her, the kids and her family.

I've read here for years, on the CA case, as well as a few others, but this is my first time posting.

I actually live in Titusville- never expected to see it mentioned. We are not sure the exact time she was reported missing.
- Peoples Court aired at 2 pm.
- Current BF says she text him around 3:15pm saying a song on the radio reminded her of him, he sent a reply of hearts and smiley faces and that was the last text he got from her.
- DS said she dropped of kids at his house at around 3:15pm and told him she was going shopping.
- Neighbor's surveliance camera picks up footage of Michelles Hummer going to Dales at 3:15pm and footage of a similiar black Hummer leaving at 4:20ish pm.
- Police say 2nd Hummer is not Michelles but that of another neighbor and the video is pulled from website and newscast.
- Police say they know when Michelle Hummer left neighborhood and they are not releasing that info.
- She was reportedly supposed to be home for 11 yr old son when he got home from school at 3:30pm. 11 yr old called grandma sometime after he got home to ask if she had seen his mom.
- Brother of MP, looking for a ride, sends a text asking her "where are you".. At 4:26 he gets a one word reply from her phone saying "Waterford". Police say her phone was never in Waterford area.
-Police say her phone powered down at around 8 pm.
- Woman sees Michelles vehicle in apt complex parking space around 10:30 pm, but doesn't know she is missing.
- Police find vehicle around midnight in same apt complex parking space with large decal removed from back window. Michelles purse was said to be left in vehicle but phone has not been found.
- DS Sr says to media that DS was with him the whole time Michelle was supposed to be missing.
- DS Srs house was searched/raided using Swat Team and Flash Bangs on 11/26.
- DS Jr named prime suspect by police 11/28
- DS attorney Nejame says today that it was 72 minutes from the time MP dropped of kids until DS arrived at his dads with kids, and that is not enough time to have done anything to Michelle.

Now I understand why people think Dale may have had help. His dad gave him an alibi, so he must know something, especially since his house was raided.

And I see now that the timeline isn't 72 minutes. Instead, it could be 7 hours or so. Plenty of time to get rid of evidence.

But even if he had no help, I think it totally could have been accomplished in 72 minutes. We need accurate footage to show when vehicles moved, though.

I know the van was there on the surveillance vid from neighbor, but was it there the night OPD searched his condo? To me it looks like the van is the OPD van or a TV van (the one the night of search of DS condo). I know you posted a pic of Dale's truck from that night-is there a vid to go with that? If you are too tired, no problem, I can search for it. Or I could try going to bed myself. LOL. Thank you to everyone!

I finally just now got to watch the entire People's Court uninterrupted.. I guess I may be the only one with this opinion but it's much like I'd stated previously.. If anyone came out looking "bad", or who the judge was harder on IMO it was Michelle Big Time.. As far as Marilyn's comments about Jr and DragonCon.. Am I the only one that saw her not only not making Dale feel humiliated or bad but almost was quite flirty with him IMO!! Big time!! Kept on bringing it up how she wanted to see pix of him.. Even interrupting Michelle on her turn to tell her side and going back over to Dale and poking him about those pix and how she wanted to see some.. Are you kidding me?? He was eating that up!! He was totally enjoying it!! He IMO so came out being the "winner" on that show..
At the very end outside the courtroom I saw him mildly irritated that Michelle was only paying half, but he quickly lost that train of thought and proceeded to show the damn bailiff his blackberry where she'd supposedly texted him the night prior saying she wanted to get back with him..

In now seeing this in it's entirety it just further fuels my stance on Dale HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HAVE BEEN TRIGGERED INTO ANGER/RAGE ABOUT AFTER HAVING JUST SEEN THAT PEOPLES COURT AIR FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME.. Literally less than an hour prior to Michelle arriving with the twins.. That really really bothers me and it truly leads me to believe one of two things:

1) it was he that was ribbing Michelle about her being raked over the coals by Judge Marilyn and pretty much his being the "winner".. This leading Michelle to explode in anger(and plz know I am in no way putting fault on Michelle I believe her to be very passionate like me and very much capable of being ticked off royally by someone who you've really had your fill of).. With that said I think in her exploding in anger on Dale she could have really let the have it with both barrels loaded.. Front and center and right in his face.. I could see his snapping and immediately becoming volatile if she hit a nerve.. This man is IMO extremely volatile and likely not real super stable..jmo

Or..

2) which I know some will flame me or throw the tomaters at me :duck-n-hide:..
But I seriously in going thru scenarios have not ruled out premeditation.. And that's all I'll say for now.. But it's not ruled out for sure..

So, all in all for me I'm way past the Dale snapped because of the PC.. That's some bs IMO.. For the multitude of reasons I listed I believe that if anything Dale Jr derived pleasure and some enjoyment from that Peoples Court broadcast..

Of course and as is always these are all jmo, tho!
