Here is a link to the video showing police at the condo on the night MP was reported missing. At the 1:00 mark. It is very dark but there does appear to be a van in front of the house.

Way back on this forum I found the surveillance photos showing Michelle driving in. The white van is not parked at the curb at that time, but it is there later, when the neighbour's Hummer is driving out.
Not sure if it matters, but just thought I'd mention it. Hopefully, I haven't broken any rules again. :blushing:

Don't know of any way to verify this but in the corporation listings when when you search for DS, there are 2 listings for glass etching companies in that name. Has DS ever lived in Ft Meyers? DS Sr's roofing co.s are listed. Couldn't find a Top Dog Cabinets anywhere.

Well we know there was a white van parked on the street in view of the camera when Michelle pulled up to the home. Have to find that video that PattyG posted earlier of the footage from the night of the search of his condo so see if we can see it anywhere on there.

According to the video on thread#2, pg 2 post #36, it appears that the white van wasn't there at the time Michelle drove up, but was there later when the other Hummer left. There were some photos on the video that I paused.

The end of the 72 minutes is when he arrives at his parents home. So? Why would that mean the time was over ? That just means he arrived at the accomplice's home, imo.

Speaking of the 72 min, wouldn't we have to subtract the time it took DS to drive from his condo to his dad's? According to local news tonight they did a test drive and it took 25 min.(was either local ch 6 or 9, I watched both.)

Yes she disappeared right after it aired. It was on from 2 until 3 PM, she dropped of the twins at 3:15. Was he sitting there getting angry all over again just as she arrived? I don't think that's a coincidence at all.

You underestimate me... I have thought about that too.

I would use a large bin/garbage can on wheels to transport the body... and have wondered in more than one case if that was how it was done.

Ideally, you wouldn't transport a body at all, but just someone unconscious. Then only have the final site that would be hit on by HRD dogs.

I would throw away the clothes, the shoes, even any jewelry I was wearing.
I am so obsessive compulsive I can see myself making a checklist... and then burning it with my clothes.
Then scattering those ashes in a dumpster far from home. :innocent:

To try and figure out where someone might have put a victim... I have to try and imagine where *I* might put one.
It has certainly led to some interesting conversations... and a decision that it can be very quick especially if it is preplanned.

Look at Doug Stewart... in Venus' case. He had it all preplanned and once he grabbed her it was quick.
He just couldn't use that first spot he had planned on or it may have been 72 minutes too.
Elizabeth Olten was quick and so was Destiny Norton, (she easily could have been removed from the house quickly too).
Those two (and others) just weren't moved far away because their killers weren't as mobile as Doug Stewart or the suspect in this case.

I think there are some types of signs that are easily removable. Could her decals actually have been static window clings which can be quickly removed all in one piece and reused?

Brad Parker's comments on the fam's one brief contact with Dale Smith SENIOR since Michelle disappeared..

Brad said that it was Yvonne that called I believe(he could have possibly been referring to his wife, Gail, tho.. Michelle's stepmom).. Initially upon Sr answering the phone he wanted to know who they were.. Brad explained that Sr had done a roof job on his home.. So, it was relayed to Sr about that and Sr then understood with whom he was speaking..

When Brad(Michelle's dad) was asked by NG what did Sr have to say about Michelle and/or her disappearance.. Brad said that Sr stated that he was not happy at all that LE had come and busted up his house.. Brad said that Sr then stated he had nothing to say to Michelle's family and that he wanted nothing to do with them and at that point abruptly hung up ending the brief call..

May I say that I am just further pushed toward the likelihood of Sr quite being somehow involved, if even just as in after the fact.. One thing I do know is that we are talking individuals who IMO have sociopathic personalities in that I cannot comprehend this man's words and actions towards this family at this time.. I am just floored and chilled to the bone at the ice cold and callous, even heartless behaviors exhibited by this man, Dale Sr..

Also just to verify Brads statements about Dale Sr the transcript should be up shortly on CNN from tonights NG or any interested could likely view these statements made by Michelle's dad, Brad on Patty's YouTube channel..

It was stated that the decals were professionally attached to Michelle's hummer.. That has me leaning more toward their being the more difficult type to remove including use of razor blade type item to skim between the decal and the glass along with heavy duty cleaners to rid the remaining residue of the adhesive.. Jmo, tho!

Equusearch has a pending lawsuit against the Anthonys, alleging CaseyAnthony committed fraud because she knew her 2-year-old daughter was dead and not missing, while Equusearch turned down other requests for help.

But Miller says this request comes down to a 33-year-old mother of three.
"No matter what people are saying we've got one fact: we've got a lady that's missing, so let's do everything we can do to see if we can get her located," Miller said.

Miller says he will be talking to Orlando police Wednesday morning and could be in Orlando by the end of the day.

I finally just now got to watch the entire People's Court uninterrupted.. I guess I may be the only one with this opinion but it's much like I'd stated previously.. If anyone came out looking "bad", or who the judge was harder on IMO it was Michelle Big Time.. As far as Marilyn's comments about Jr and DragonCon.. Am I the only one that saw her not only not making Dale feel humiliated or bad but almost was quite flirty with him IMO!! Big time!! Kept on bringing it up how she wanted to see pix of him.. Even interrupting Michelle on her turn to tell her side and going back over to Dale and poking him about those pix and how she wanted to see some.. Are you kidding me?? He was eating that up!! He was totally enjoying it!! He IMO so came out being the "winner" on that show..
At the very end outside the courtroom I saw him mildly irritated that Michelle was only paying half, but he quickly lost that train of thought and proceeded to show the damn bailiff his blackberry where she'd supposedly texted him the night prior saying she wanted to get back with him..

In now seeing this in it's entirety it just further fuels my stance on Dale HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HAVE BEEN TRIGGERED INTO ANGER/RAGE ABOUT AFTER HAVING JUST SEEN THAT PEOPLES COURT AIR FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME.. Literally less than an hour prior to Michelle arriving with the twins.. That really really bothers me and it truly leads me to believe one of two things:

1) it was he that was ribbing Michelle about her being raked over the coals by Judge Marilyn and pretty much his being the "winner".. This leading Michelle to explode in anger(and plz know I am in no way putting fault on Michelle I believe her to be very passionate like me and very much capable of being ticked off royally by someone who you've really had your fill of).. With that said I think in her exploding in anger on Dale she could have really let the have it with both barrels loaded.. Front and center and right in his face.. I could see his snapping and immediately becoming volatile if she hit a nerve.. This man is IMO extremely volatile and likely not real super stable..jmo

But I seriously in going thru scenarios have not ruled out premeditation.. And that's all I'll say for now.. But it's not ruled out for sure..

So, all in all for me I'm way past the Dale snapped because of the PC.. That's some bs IMO.. For the multitude of reasons I listed I believe that if anything Dale Jr derived pleasure and some enjoyment from that Peoples Court broadcast..

Of course and as is always these are all jmo, tho!

I did not see the judge's comments as flirty. I thought she was working hard to make fun of him. She can be very snarky. And she made sure to get a photo to have added to the show after the fact.

I think that everything about his face, body language, speech and actions after he came out of the courtroom, showed bridled rage. I bet that was worse when he saw himself being humiliated on t.v. in front of a nationwide audience.

I do think the judge was hard on both of them. Maybe in some ways, a bit harder on Michelle. But people with a tendency to commit domestic violence take humiliation and rejection much differently than others do. Remember, it was then that he claims he learned she was once again rejecting him, after saying, right before the show, that she may have made a mistake and misses him or something like that. But now the whole world got to see him humiliated by a judge and rejected by his ex and on top of that, he was forced to bear half the costs for the ring that she threw and that she should have to pay for (in his mind) since they broke it off.

His fooling around with his cell phone right after they got out of the courtroom, well, I have seen no one else do that. That is the action of someone who is either steaming mad and cannot wait to yell about what happened or very humiliated and angry and wants to busy themselves and have an excuse to look down instead of at the camera or another person's face. It was a furtive gesture IMO.

Sadly, I have known people like this guy. I recognize the facial expressions, etc., in others I have seen. He is one very angry person and that can be dangerous, especially when such a person is faced with a strong woman who won't put up with it or be subdued. :twocents:

Yes, I think MN is pulling a fast one...saying that his client contacted TES as though he made the original request..., when in fact that is probably not the case at all. Ugh, defense lawyers...
