Brad P saying that this is the second time he's taken someone to the People's court. I'm sure he is referring to the court case on record back in 2003 with another pretty brunette. First he got a restraining order on her for repeated violence and then sued her in civil court. I posted here a while ago I wondered if she lost her engagement ring too. :banghead:

But her death was that of an "overdose" IF I heard that correctly.

Yeah something about her falling in the bathroom or something because of the drugs. But the trauma was supposedly on the top of her head. Which is kinda hard to do when falling. I sure hope LE has re-opened that one. Because if I'm not mistaken, she was living with DS Sr at the time.

Well It's not a crime to go on People's Court, unless they try to make that a crime now.

If you want your money, or if you have to pay money, might as well get a free trip, room, meals and get your judgment paid to you om TV Court Shows.

I tried to get my son to take his ex-wife to court on Judge Judy. He didn't want to do it and I so wanted him to because Judge Judy would have set her straight real quick. She forged my son's signature on their tax refund and state tax checks and he got nothing. They were separated at the time.

Now back to the case at hand...I wish I could do something more to help find Michelle. I feel so useless. I would gladly give up my posting privileges just to find Michelle alive. Just once, I wish, I could aid in these cases more effectively.

I also did not care for the way her guest attorney bashed People's Court guests as being imbalanced. All of them.

You know, the guests and "nameless" at times is like "high school bullying 101" at its finest! Professionals acting like JERKS, calling professional names and so on.

You know, the guests and "nameless" at times is like "high school bullying 101" at its finest! Professionals acting like JERKS, calling professional names and so on.

It is just, it is not like I don't expect when she "unleashes" the lawyers, that the Defense attorneys are not going to try and disparage Michelle's character. In the coming weeks and months, there will be numerous attempts to blame the victim. It is just when they make such patently ridiculous statements like, "Everyone who goes on the People's Court is imbalanced." Wonder what he thinks of American Idol contestants or Project Runway or any of these other reality shows. I guess Susan Boyle is imbalanced. Yikes.

I really hope that they don't bash Michelle too badly. Poor Susan Powell has had the most awful things said about her by her hubby's family. Just horrible things.

Right. Why would she remember him eight years later.
That show is like fast food of justice. People are in and out of her courtroom within a few hours over small issues. It's not like the judge presiding over a trial for days listening to testimony. There is no time for her to get to know these people who come before her and the TV camera.
