Does anyone know who was the last person BESIDES DSjr to see an alive and well Michelle?

I don't mean via text, im, facebook, email, ping etc. But, who actually spoke to or saw her before DSjr? Since you can't actually see Michelle in the truck on the videotape, it could be anyone "dropping the 3 year old twins off" at the time they were expected to be dropped off. The timeline could possibly be expanded earlier in time as well.

OR, she never actually drives away from his home at all. Either she was driven away or she was accompanied by someone who forced her to drive away,or maybe she was unconscious by 4:05. Who knows.

Possibly, but this would assume that the kids were present when this happened no? Was Michelle's phone ever found?

Her sister saw her at 2:30 PM at the salon, of which, she was going to pick up the children at daycare and then drop off the children at Dale's condo.

The kids are only 3, so it is pretty easy to hide things from them. They could have been put in the condo in front of cartoons, and been oblivious to what was happening. Also, Dale Sr could have been on the scene to help.

As far as we know her phone has not been found.

So has LE or the daycare verified who picked the children up? If she picked them up, wouldn't the daycare worker be the last to see her?

--August 1992--

A 16-year-old pleaded guilty to second-degree murder Friday in the downtown Orlando stabbing death of a lifeguard who had just left a popular dance club.

Phillip Leo Muradanes, 1391 Duskin Ave., Orlando, faces up to 22 years in prison when he is sentenced Oct. 21, said prosecutor Jeff Ashton and defense attorney Trish Cashman.

Several other youths are charged with aggravated battery in the beating Tileston and his friend, Ronald Diamond

Suspect in missing mom case was part of '92 murder investigation
Smith was never accused of the stabbing, but the victim's brother says he believes Smith was the leader of the gang.

Smith was 20 years old when Bryan Tileston, 22, was killed

Dale W. Smith pleaded no contest to attempted aggravated battery for kicking Bryan Tileston's friend in the head. He spent six months in the county jail before successfully completing his probation and having an adjudication of guilt withheld.

I bet that if it were someone else other than Michelle who picked up the kids,we would have heard that already. So I think you are correct, and it was the daycare provider who last saw her as far as we know.

There are probably only a very few people that are authorized to pick them up. Probably just Michelles parents or siblings so we would have been told if they had done that.

So does anyone have any ideas how the Hummer fits into this?

I would love one of our locals in the area to try to drive by & take a pic of the condo. From what I have been able to find, it appears his unit is an end unit & last one on that street before an intersection where you can go left or right. Interested to know exactly where camera is installed & if any other homes have one. Would also love to know where that van is now & where it was on the night LE searched his condo. Pretty please w/ sugar on top?? Maybe Mr. Pipitone could manage this? I know, I'm asking a lot. If I was up there, I'd do it myself. Also, any confirmation on that rumor the DS1 took his boat out that next morning? Would love to know if DS2's cell pinged to Titusville too. Have any search warrants been issued for his condo, van & truck? Cell phone ever confiscated for forensic inspection? Ok, rambling now. Sorry.

Someone posted about this upthread. Apparently the camera was installed by the next door neighbor because they had people breaking into their cars. The post said it was the 'right' side of the condo, but I do not know if it is facing towards the condo or away. But anyway, it was privately installed so I do not know if there are any other cameras nearby.

Can you be more specific please?

Well, if Dale wanted to kill her why bother to take her car anywhere? Why even involve it at all? Seems like way too much of a risk?

Thanks for the info.

I know little to nothing about solar scan technology other than what it is so forgive me if my questions are rather naive. Can solar scan pick up something as small as a cell phone that might be tossed in a lake? I know they see images on a screen and then send divers to confirm or discount what the object was, I'm just curious how small of an item it can detect.

TIA

Not sure. But at this point I don't think they are really focusing on finding her cell phone (MOO).

How does he explain the Hummer sitting in his drive and she's gone?

Because his alibi is that he is home with the children and she DROVE AWAY into the scary, big world.

So you implying that he killed her at the house? I thought it was established that she drove away?

Oh, for sure that is not their main focus nor should it be. I was just using that as an example of a small size to get a feel for how tiny of an item solar scan can detect in the water.

I'd think it would be more of a risk for him to leave it at his place! I don't think he had the intentions of killing her, I think it was more of a fight & his temper got the best of him & he choked her a little too hard and a little too long....if you know what I mean. He needed to ditch the Hummer & tried to make it look like a car jacking/kidnapping.

Sound familiar?

That has not been established at all. The only person who has said that is Dale. LE has not yet released any tape which shows her driving away either.

I would think that if they had a clear view of her driving away alone 10 minutes later, like he said, then he would not be a suspect.
