The Coast Guard is reporting the water temperature is 68 degrees.

Channel 12 news in Phoenix (where Cooper's dad is a sports reporter) says that the Coast Guard has not found Cooper.

Yes, they seem to be backing off that initial report. Let's hope and pray it is because the family hasn't been notified yet.

Coast guard is now saying they cannot confirm Marquis Cooper was found.

Could it be that Cooper was found...but they can't publicly confirm until all of his close family has been notified? This would not be good news.

ETA- I believe they would only do this if Cooper is no longer alive.
