Umm, I can’t believe someone destroyed her house with an excavator??!!!! First of all does she live in a rural area with zero neighbors? Whoever did that is beyond psychotic!!

Is she voluntarily with the boyfriend? I can’t tell from how it’s worded. Off to do a little research, brb.

I have the feeling the boyfriernd may have just gotten her out of there someplace safe. Glad she is OK.

Can't say or guess who might be involved but she had two court activities in the last year that may or may not be related.
Divorce in Lake County filed 1/21/2020
lots of court activity back and forth, the usual stuff, parenting plan, etc.
final judgement modifying a timeshare documented 4/29/2025.
Case #: 35-2020-DR-000180-AXXX-XX
(for public viewing part of the case shows x's in the case number, attorneys and registered users can view the file number but all the records are viewabale).

Eviction on file the revious year (2024) Final documents attached.
Case # 35-2024-CA-000312-AXXX-01

I want to post this for the record. It's happened more than once, but I can't determine if this supposed phenomenon is truly valid or if it's my imagination.

When you tag a missing person's family and friends on a "Missing Person's" Facebook post, less than 20 minutes later, *poof*, they materialize out of thin air. I also tagged the Facebook profile of Nicole Griner, herself. Once again, *poof* - less than a half-hour later, she suddenly appeared. WTF? I'm perplexed when this happens.

On a side note, how does one person demolish a house using an excavator without anyone else noticing? How do you transport the excavator to the location (was it already on location, perhaps)? Who was the owner of the excavator? Was the excavator still on scene after the vandalism occurred? What a strange case.

This just gets more and more bizarre. This news article has more information.

Apparently her SUV was also heavily damaged in the vandalism, and there was a spray painted message on the side of the house with the property owners name on it according to msm.

If you look at the photos in the above news link you can see the house number in one of them. This looks like the home (prior to damage from an old Google Map) Street View · Google Maps

The video in the post from @imstilla.grandma from msm states that the property was owned by another person (unnamed) and she was apparently living there. and the Fox news video stated his name was part of the message painted on the house. Note: This was NOT the residence she was evicted from last year, it had a different address.

There is also a connection mentioned in the Fox news article regarding someone with ties to an excavating company. They are NOT a POI so can't be discussed here.

Personally, I think there will be an arrest very soon.

This may well be what you would be looking at , but if not, the Lake County Sheriff's Office website generally has arrests up earlier than the county record. Looks like they are posted as they occur LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

I checked court records for her in adjacent counties (Orange, Polk, Seminole). She recently (July 21) got her driver's license reinstated after it was suspended for failure to pay tolls in Orlando (Orange County). Orange County Clerk of Courts Records Search

In answer to two of your questions, the reporter (Stefanie Buffamonte of FOX 35 Orlando) in the video linked below spoke with neighbors who said there had been an excavator on the property for quite some time, but now it is gone.

The neighbor is interviewed beginning around the 1:06 mark.

(Edited to add the following, since the source of the video is showing just as facebook.com.) The video is posted on the reporter's official Facebook page, Stephanie Buffamonte .

The sheriff’s office identified the boyfriend as Nickolis Dewitt. Dewitt is the registered agent for an excavation company, state business records show.

Earley said detectives have tried to reach Griner as they investigate the vandalism but as of Wednesday afternoon had not been able to get in contact with her.

She also said Griner had not contacted detectives nor come forward to make a complaint about what happened at her home.

Griner's Ex husband has a very interesting comment on his FB page as to how this all transpired. It fits with the msm/law enforcement related facts that we have at this point.

Here is a copy of the final judgement from the property she was recently evicted from which names the address. It is NOT the property she was living on when this incident took place.
