Possible missing date of August 1, 1987. So what was going on the summer prior? Jackson County, FL is in the panhandle and borders GA. Did he hang out with a rough crowd? Had he been homeless? That could explain his hair being longer than what shows in the photo.

Distinguishing Characteristics

Caucasian male. Blond hair, blue eyes. Andrews's hair was long at the time of his disappearance, and he had a mustache. He has acne scars on his face.

Details of Disappearance

Andrews was last seen in Marianna, Florida at 8:00 p.m. on February 2, 1988. He has never been heard from again. Foul play is suspected in his disappearance, which remains unsolved. Some agencies give the date of Andrews's disappearance as August 1, 1987.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office has a webpage for him at http://64.92.115.16/andrews.html that states the missing date is February 2, 1988.

Do we have a little of rule-outs for Phillip Eugene Andrews? If not:

Please look at Namus UP4691 Here who was found 6/10th of a mile from the state line between Florida and Georgia. Map Smithown Road Georgia to Jefferson St, Marianna FL. It is a 39 min drive primarily on US 90.

Then view the few possible weight/height/PMI info on UP4691 to Phillip Eugene Andrews stats.

6/10th of a mile into Georgia in late 1980s to 1990 sounds like the plot of a movie where someone figures they can outwit LE by crossing a state line by 6/10th of a mile.

Sorry to bother you but I am trying to bump my post above (please view it no sense in a repost). I an simply looking for somelne to analyze who I consider a good UP match on NAMUS and give a second viewpoint. Other than the date Phillip Eugene Andrews was last seen it all matches (limited info due to UP being "partial skeletal remains" only).

And I dont think the date is a big issue as PMI for partial skeletal remains is not an exact science; it cant be measured the way a femur can be measured to determine height.

If you arent convinced due to the discrepancy in Phillip Eugene Andrew's date he was last seen/UID discovery here: I plugged the two roads (NAMUS coords) into google maps and take a look at this. 40 min, pretty much one clear shot road hugging the border between two states ending 6/10ths of a mile into Georgia. This route and the very slight crossing into another state hits my red flag HARD. @PayrollNerd

Can anyone second me on this? Find a defect I am missing? Or a rule out (I can't find any). If I get an agreement on this as a probable I will send it to the agency contact.
