I would love to get a genealogy company on board to help identify "Royal Ruby" but I think we should help expand the exclusions list just in case there is a matching report. Brenda Black was a long time missing person on NamUs before I believe Othram stepped in and was able to identify the Will County Jane Doe as her.

I'm gonna post a full exclusions list with a match I have made.

So they decided to decline the match between this Doe and Angela. I have already tried to talk to them about another match and that got me nowhere so I'm just going to say why here instead of talking to them about it.

They ruled it out on age, circumstances, timing and I think distance? Well... age is a single year off, I don't exactly know how circumstances is a problem her as the Doe was found in a wooded area and Angela was last seen at a fried chicken restaurant, not sure at all how timing is an issue here as it is just over a year and it said up to three years, not three years. I have absolutely no clue what they're talking about with these reasonings so I will just paste a cut from the email I got.
